Purchased item in October 2020. Support legs have broken in March 2021. 1st customer service person couldnt care less. Denise was kind and helpful. Their warranty states customer pays shipping on replacement of $60 check or money order and the other option is PayPal and I have to pay the conversion rate of 1%$61.80. I did what was requested and am still waiting for the request from PayPal.
The package came ripped and the headboard had a little rip in the back of the headboard. It wasn't as cute as the picture. I sent mine back and order a better one for a little more money. You get what you pay for.
Bed was super easy to assemble, I did it solo in less than 30 mins with only reading over the instructions one time.
I was a little hesitant at first after I tightened the initial bolts because it was a little wobbly, however after you install the center and cross support beams, the bed is super sturdy. The roll out planks with Velcro is an ingenious idea, I was thinking I had to screw everyone of those in and was sort of dreading it after unpacking the bed, instead it took me 30 seconds to roll them out. All around, this bed is awesome, it looks goods, easy and fast assembly, shipping was fast (less than 5 days) will buy from them again. It should last awhile because this was for my daughters room. Only negative that I could say - which isn't really a negative is the color is darker in person than in picture. Its more of a khaki color than cream/off white shown in picture.
Not pleased. I started to put the bed together to find that the product was not finished. They forgot to put the threaded inserts and bolts in the headboard. I called to see if they could just send me the parts and I can just finish it but that wasn't an option. The bed weighs like 200lbs so it's no easy task getting it up and down the stairs, plus, if I were to return it, I'd have to repackage it. To make matters worse I gave my other bed away the day the new bed arrived and so I'd have to wait several days for a replacement product to be sent and the original bed to be picked up. Such a headache. offered me 35% off which I accepted, then I went to home depot to pick up some threaded inserts and bolts. They didn't have exactly what I needed but I made it work temporarily and had to order the parts I needed. It ended up costing me about $32 for the parts I needed and they only discounted me $77 off the price of the bed, so not including my time for labor and running around trying to find the right parts, the bed was discounted about $45. Save yourself the trouble and go with something else.
On a positive note, the bed looks pretty nice and seems to be sturdy.
Very simple step by step instructions. Took two of us 30 minutes to fully assemble. We have a heavy Tempurpedic hybrid mattress and the bed supports us and the mattress perfectly. I am very happy with the quality of this frame for the price.
I purchased this for our guest bedroom and I love it! It was super easy to set up, I did it all by myself in about an hour and a half! I dont put these sort of things together very often so I felt like that was pretty good. It seems very sturdy and seems to have high quality materials. It didnt have a strong new product smell so that is a definite plus! I would definitely recommend this bed frame!
