Very well made. Came in a very heavy box that required multiple people to get into the door but very happy with the final result. Great quality and its beautiful. One thing to note is check the measurement from ground to mattress level. It is on the low side with just the mattress on it.
We like the bedframe. But their customer service is horrible. One of the wooden legs of the frame broke after only five months. Weve waited almost 6 weeks to get a replacement and still nothing. I think the customer service rep is blowing smoke. He said it was ready for shipping and we still dont have it over 10 days ago. No shipping or delivery information and now he isnt responding to my emails.
This bed frame is absolutely perfect! My husband assembled it and said it was pretty easy and everything came inside the headboard which was cool. It is very quiet and I dont have to worry about waking him up when Im getting up 12 times in the middle of the night.
The support legs are very frail and are poorly designed. Think of them as wobbly sticks (they untighten with use due to their design, the screw looses grip), with use the bed will slowly shift from side to side and eventually the support legs will be slanted, being slanted and with enough constant pressure they will literally break off.
I like everything else about the bed frame, including the price (I paid $190), just expect to need to replace the support leg structures one way or another because they WILL break.
The bed is amazing as it holds the mattress in place and the frame is very sturdy. BUT the feet holding the wooden slats are super flimsy and any movement on the bed weakens them. We're definitely keeping the bed, but we're replacing the feet with thick wood slats so the support doesn't break when we're trying to romp around.
I've had the bed for about 8months. It is beginning to break on one side in the middle and I can tell the other side is not far off. As of right now I know for a fact it is missing two screws though I can't remember if it is because it never came with them or that they have fallen out. Either way I regret not spending the money and getting a good bed that will actually last me the length of my mattress.

It looks great and is well made. It was a little more difficult and time consuming to put together but we love the end result!
