The support legs are very frail and are poorly designed. Think of them as wobbly sticks (they untighten with use due to their design, the screw looses grip), with use the bed will slowly shift from side to side and eventually the support legs will be slanted, being slanted and with enough constant pressure they will literally break off.
I like everything else about the bed frame, including the price (I paid $190), just expect to need to replace the support leg structures one way or another because they WILL break.
