We love the platform bed....it looks good and does the job well. Was fairly easy to put together too.
I was very impressed with the customer service in particular. A few months after purchase my son was horsing around and ended up breaking one of the plastic feet. I sent an email to their Customer Service and within a couple hours they had already mailed out a replacement. They didn't even charge me for it which they could have because it was our fault. Wonderful service...thanks!
I was impressed with the packaging. All parts inside the zippered pouch on back of the headboard. Easy assembly but there was a bad bolt, no head just a stud....strange and I had to drill a hole for a bolt to go through in a support. That's ok, very impressed with package. Made the trip from Malaysia and from PA to VA in the back of a short bed pickup leaning on the tailgate. No issues..a 6.5hr drive.
I got this for a guest room and it is great, definitely looks more expensive than it was. Assembled by myself without any issues. Watch out for the support legs when making the bed, your toes will thank you ;-)
The bed is pretty! And sturdy! And easy to put together you cant beat that! However, you can see the support slates with our mattress on top so that kinda sucks! We have a queen bed and order the queen frame so Im not sure what the issue is!
Exactly what we needed. First off...bed bugs hatch in 6-10 days. If people start getting bites 2 and 3 months later...you may want to check your other beds.
Now I was surprised at the secret zipper in the back. So cool. I know my son will love that. My husband and I are not little people and that bed didn't move! It is very sturdy if you actually tighten the screws and bolts. Directions are super simple. You will need a small drill or powerful electric screwdriver to properly secure the slats. Directions are simple and I did it myself in about 45 minutes. The color was dark gray just as expected. Does it smell?? Well yes a little but it was made in a factory and shipped in layers of plastic, styrofoam and cardboard, last I checked those are not odorless. Spray it with febreze and let it air out. It has been 2 days and the smell is almost gone and I spray it 3 times a day all around and sprayed inside the headboard before I closed it up. Not rocket science. So in conclusion, great value, sturdy, easy to assemble and as described.
And FYI I am super picky about things but also know price equals quality. This one surprised me.

Center support part failed (hardware fell through the wood) and is no longer connected to the rails. I called customer service listed on and talked to Gail who was extremely helpful. She is submitting an order for replacement.
August 2021 update
I purchased this bed in November 2020, as you can see from my review below, I really enjoy the bed. Recently one of the bed legs has come undone and is not able to be screwed back on. I contacted customer service on July 29th regarding a replacement leg considering this bed is less than 1 year old and have yet to hear back. The leg is critical to the structure of the bed as it's located in the middle of the bed and is what helps support the slabs underneath. Photos and proof of purchase/order number were all sent to the company to make it easier to obtain a replacement leg. Will update review on customer service if I hear back.
November 2020
Package came very well packed, no broken or missing pieces. I assembled this myself, and the bolts on headboard were the only things that gave me some trouble. Very sturdy, good looking bed. There is some space for storage underneath that could fit smaller plastic storage bins.
