A little longer to set up than I'd hoped. Very clever packing of parts and pieces in the headboard. Only downside is the side rails are two pieces for each side so there's a center support.
Very beautiful bed frame and head board. Relatedly easy assembly for me and my husband. Now Sturdiness Yea no it broke on us 3 months in. I think it's best for kids smaller mattress not suitable for king mattress adults.
This bed is completely missing the screws that go in the headboard! Have to make a trip to Home Depot tomorrow, buy the screws, and have my friend Come BACK over to finish putting it together. Complete inconvenience.
That being said the color is great! I was expecting it to be darker from some of the reviews but this one was not.
Looks great, only issue is that the middle of the bed is held up by two flimsy stakes, so when the bed moves it often sinks becuase the stakes slip. I had to put something else underneath to prevent sinking.
Easy to put together and feels sturdy. The slats are secured down and I think they will hold up nicely with no noise when we move around. Used with foam mattress and cannot feel the slats through it.
I likes the headboard and how everything was zipped into the packaging. I didn't like how the slats were not sturdy at all. I ended up screwing OSB into the entire frame to make sure nothing sagged. It takes two people to bring inside. I think with a queen or smaller it may be better but the seatwork of the king-size was completely lacking. The middle was not supported at all and the slats just bent however.
