I previously had a queen size frame that was a similar style (all parts came in the frame itself), which I loved for when I moved and had to put it in storage.
Got this king and it was very easy to put together, I did 90% of it by myself and just had help when placing the frame together.
The king size is heavy and bulky but feels very sturdy. It is a little lower to the ground than I realized which I dont mind but my partner didnt love that.
You will need a drill for some screws that keep the slats in place. Just a heads up.
Overall very satisfied and will update this review if anything changes!
Not as tall as I would have liked. Seems sturdy. Had to make modifications to get the side boards to mount to the headboard. The bolts were to short/fabric padding too thick. Easy mod was to remove fabric and padding instead of driving 45 mins to town to try to buy longer bolts. Value for money, I feel I over paid for the quality. Time will tell if the bed frame holds up.
Nice look, was happy with it and assembly wasnt terribly difficult. BUT broke in less than a year!! Was sleeping on my mattress on the floor until buying another bed frame. Disappointed:/
Best bed we have ever slept on. I was a little skeptical at first with the thought of purchasing a bed online. But have to say we should have made this purchase long ago. The mattress seemed a little firm to us at first, but after a few nights we have had restful nights of sleep without the reoccurring back pain I have had with previous mattresses. We are now purchasing one for our daughter in her new home. She loves it!
I purchased this bed frame a year ago, and Im surprised at how good the quality is for the money. Its easy to put together but the boxes are heavy. Im so happy with it, Im going to purchase another one for my other daughter. I only review items after I have adequate time to see how I like something, and this bed is a good buy.
Shipping was fast, received within 10 days of ordering. I put it together on my own and while a little labor intensive, I had few problems. Instructions were easy to follow. Once I noticed that one of the side supports was damaged, I called the customer service team and they were very helpful in sending me a replacement. The wood slats did not have a way for me to secure them to the frame, which was concerning at first. However, I have not experienced any issues with the slats shifting. The frame feels solid, though the headboard piece wobbles when the bed is moved. In fairness, this could be because of how I assembled, but it does make me a little nervous. The frame has a new, freshly unpackaged factory smell that is slowly going away after a month of being put together, but was very strong for the first two weeks. Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with the product and with the customer service team.
