this chair smacks pretty hard its really nice to have support all the way up the neck
the lumbar pillow has a massage feature which i didnt expect but its really cool, plugs into usb and the chair comes with a pocket to store the wire
assembling and attaching the arm rests was a little annoying and theyre kind of short but that might be my awful body proportions, i am built like mr potato head
felt a little flimsy when i first sat down but got used to it fast and it reclines back nicely, as long as youre delicate with it

It feels good....I'm 260 lbs... and I'm not worried....the massager feels great

The only thing I didn't like about this product is that it doesn't rock very much almost to the point it doesn't rock at all
