Wrong color but 12/10 worth it

The only problem i have is because i ordered a red/black and a white/pink, unfortunately i was sent 2 pink/white ones, which worked out since my boyfriend didnt care about the color as much. Honesly the product is great, my back doesnt hurt at all from sitting 8h a day in it (i work from home) and its held up to my cats as well, i personally love these chairs and i totally recommend getting one if you are working or gaming a huge amount, even my cat agrees

    Best gaming chair!

I absolutely love this chair! Best chair I've ever owned. It's cute, it's comfy, and it's sturdy! The massager in the limbar is powerful and helps my back issues. I'd recommend getting some kind of foot stool or leg rest. I'm 6'1 and even all the way down it pushes a little too much under the thighs cutting off circulation.

    Firm yet soft

Easy to assemble. Best for kids and narrow hips. Gave it to a freind. I was too big for it but definitely quality feel.

Easy to put together, looks good, comfy

I got this for my 9-year-old daughter. She loves anything pink, so it was a winner right away. Took about 25 minutes to assemble. Understandable illustrations to follow. Comes with an Allen wrench that has a T-handle, which makes turning the hex bolts easier. No additional tools required. It comes with a headrest that we didn't use because it was too hard and pushed my daughter's head forward in the chair. I didn't use the caps that are provided to cover the recessed hex bolts on the armrests. I will need to tighten or loosen the screws at some point, and I didn't want to mar the arms later by trying to dig out the caps - voice of experience. Also, the chair comes with a power cord ending in a USB cable. We didn't use that either. No need for it. Not sure of its purpose. Looks and feels comfy. My daughter isn't heavy enough to lower the chair after it's raised, but that is not a big deal.

    Impressed with customer service!

The chair is very nice. It was easy to put together. After a couple of weeks two of the wheels broke, but, the company quickly resolved the issue and sent new wheels right away! It was very nice! I was impressed with the customer service!

You get what you pay for, but its pretty nice for the price.

Assembling it took a bit of strength, especially for the wheels but its super easy to put it all together. The position is about a 90 degree angle and you cant change it, but the seat is wide so you can always reposition yourself. The cushions are comfortable but can be dented easily and will not go back to normal. Good for its price!

    Not for bigger guys.

Really cool looking chair. It is however very tight around the thighs.
