Ill start with plusses: good quality of materials, easy to assemble, nice design, clear instruction, good price, soft armrests, and steel frame. Minuses: you will not like it if you are fat, so your legs will hurt cause of hard walls, hard chair, too heavy. Notice: as this chair like other gaming chairs has eco leather, your 5th point and your back will sweat, if you are fat or has a large physique, I'd recommend XL version. Total: it's good for 250$ but take it if you are ready or like hard chairs
The first chair I received was defective, there was an internal thread on the upper part of the chair that was messed up. However, I was able to get a replacement within a week. Assembly took me maybe half an hour and it is a well built chair, it's got good lumbar support and being able to recline and adjust the arm rests is a plus. The product itself is great, but the customer service I received when I had an issue was what I really liked. Quality products tell you a lot about a company, but I believe that customer support is just as important.
Since I have had no prior experience with gaming chairs and that the office chair that I had for decades was cheap and as basic as you could get, any gaming chair would be a major step up for me. I was willing to spend more for a quality chair at a great value than getting another cheap chair. I decided to get this chair since it comes from a name that I trust and that it looks great. When it arrived, I noticed how heavy it was. It recommends that you have 2 people to assemble it. When I opened up the box, everything was well packaged and organized and there is a poster that has very straightforward instructions. Also, everything you need to put this chair together is in the box. Although it was heavy, the assembly was easy enough that I was able to put it together myself. The chair is solid and sturdy. When you sit in it, the cushioning is not going to be plush, yet offers a great amount of support to offer comfort for long hours of work or gaming. The wheels on this chair is not what I expected. They have more resistance than I would have expected when moving the chair. It requires more effort to move it around. As much as I wish it was easier to maneuver around, I guess it's good to know it does a better job staying in place. Overall, I love this chair! I'm sure it might not be for everyone, but it is perfect for me. If you are looking for a great gaming chair at a great value, I highly recommend this!
After paying almost $100 for a easy living brand chair at Walmart, this chair blew it out the water. Tilt and reclining positions and firm support. I have back problems and I will just say I have slept in this chair to improve my aching back.
They advertise the Iskur X chair as having an adjustable tilt, but it has no locking mechanism to lock the tilt in! Even when flipping the chair upside down I can see that theres only one hole for the mechanical piece to go through to lock it. I seriously think they looped all of their manufacturing info for the Razed Iskur X and the Iskur together because the advertising definitely seemed misleading on here to me. Ill be returning this chair!
Unfortunately I have been waiting for over a month for to send parts that were missing from the original purchase. The chair did not come with any of the hardware needed to assemble. After weeks of 10 emails they said they are still working on it I'm doubting at this point I will get a replacement. Take your business elsewhere and get a different chair. This one isn't worth it.

Only buy if you are a very large person
I am 6'0 and about 250lbs. This chair is still too big for me. The chair itself is nice and built well. Its just a bit too large for me.

Very easy to setup (less than 90 minutes), Very comfortable, order the neck pad and back pad. Get one and enjoy.
Great chair for work and gaming!
