this chair smacks pretty hard its really nice to have support all the way up the neck
the lumbar pillow has a massage feature which i didnt expect but its really cool, plugs into usb and the chair comes with a pocket to store the wire
assembling and attaching the arm rests was a little annoying and theyre kind of short but that might be my awful body proportions, i am built like mr potato head
felt a little flimsy when i first sat down but got used to it fast and it reclines back nicely, as long as youre delicate with it
