Hubby wasnt home but I was able to bring them inside unload them screw on handles placed them in my home office area alone. Ive used very heavy fileing cabinets always takes 2 people to lift so I wasnt sure about how sturdy these might be. Wrong I love them so far Ive filled 42 of the 50 folders and works like the heavey ones I bought 2 my hubby wasnt sure of my choice till he started checking prices then they came and he said I made a great choice. One thing Id do different would be to buy stronger file folders with thicker metal slides not the one they say are bought together by to flimsy paper hangers to thin. Hope this helps.
The drawers are only 12 deep and I think why bother to make a nice looking 2 drawer piece but make the drawers so shallow. Also, some very iffy materials in terms of lasting quality. So easy to chip also.
Good product, instructions are not very good though. Ive built many products like this without a problem, but this one has misleading diagrams. Easy to make mistakes.

Bought 2. They work well,
Make sure you dont overload the top drawer. If the top is full, and the bottom filled lightly, the file cabinet may tip forward when opened wide

Great Buy
Perfect size. Well constructed. My only issue is the holes for the handles werent fully pre-drilled. I needed to use a drill to properly secure.
