Long assembly process, excessive stickers and mediocre parts require significant time and result in worse looks than the photos indicate. Im glad extra screws were included because a few were defective; I had enough to complete the kit. Even the demo is misassembled: the drawers are reversed so the lockout wouldnt work. And the photo showing the parts for the lockouts misleads: the laminate is shown without holes, but the real kit has 4 large holes covered by stickers that are not so seamless. The resulting cabinet is functional and adequate.
This shelving unit is fine for what I need it for -- the bottom of the closet for storing a few items. The drawers dont close flush but that isnt a huge concern for me. It was relatively easy to assemble tbe directions are straightforward after you identify each of the parts but you need both a flat screwdriver as well as a phillips head. The directions say it must be attached to a stud in the wall. I didnt do that since Im not stacking them.
I bough this to replace a 30+ year old cabinet. The price is good, the quality of the cabinet is good as well. Handles are easy to install. Would buy another
