Came in on time. Was easy to put together but did take 2 people 2 hours to put together. The futon part is a bit hard for my 9 year old to open and close into bed/couch. But love it and kids love it too ! very reasonably priced as well.

The twin part at the top is not easy to get fixed; my tip is to fix it with a queen size fitted sheet and throw a spread or a comforter over it (optional). Your bedroom looks larger and less clutter. But it, you gonna love it! Cute and comfortable
Bed isnt as sturdy as what I expected. Multiple pieces were scratched once taken out of the box. After waiting over a week for delivery I didnt want to find with waiting on getting more pieces. My son likes it so I guess thats all that matters. Needs improvement in quality.
The product arrived with bent, chipped, and almost broken pieces but after going through hell with Walmart.com for over a month with another bed I couldnt do the return, wait, replace dance anymore so we just rigged it to work as it arrived. If my kids didnt need a bed immediately, I would have returned the bed. Overall you got what you paid for.
Pretty decent, it looks nice and functions pretty well. With enough weight and regular use (I used it for my bed with my roommate) the futon mechanisms can get damaged or bent if youre not careful. They have good customer service though so I called them and they sent me a replacement part pretty easily. One of the most concerning things to most people is the creaking of the bed which I figured out is just because over time the screws begin to become a bit loose so if you tighten them again there is no creaking. I didnt know and didnt do this for about a year and a half and there was no worry of it falling apart so the screws becoming slightly looser isnt really a cause for concern. Overall Id say it is definitely worth the price because it serves its purpose extremely well. Ive had it for about 2 years. The 4 stars is just because of the slight maintenances that it needed. it is very pretty.
For all those who think the steps are hard and cold you know about those floaty tubes well just cut them to fit the ladder rungs and use whatever kind of duct tape you want therefore no longer cold or painfull Definitely looks nice.

Great bed for my 12 yr old! Very sturdy. He loves it! Took a long time to put together, so be prepared for that. Love, love, love it!
