This bed is ok for my boys for now. However I may have to buy them something more sturdy as they get older. I like that the bed is low and the is lightweight. It makes it easy to make the bed and to clean under it. The bed looks nice. My concern is the slats that support the top mattress and how they fit into the side rail. When we were assembling the bed and got to this part, I saw that the supporting slats just barely go into the side rail. It made me worry that when the boys move around on the bed the supporting slats could come loose. Only 3 of the supporting slats screw into the side rail. I would prefer that the slats were welded to the side rail or that the slats fit deeper into the side rail. The bed is probably fine and study enough the way it is, but just seeing those bars just barely go in the side and then knowing only three of those bars are secured and holding the top up made me nervous. My boys are rambunctious. Hopefully this bed can hold up.
This is a great product. All solid wood except for the plywood mattress slats (although it is a soft pine). The headboards had a dent due to shipping and they quickly sent new items. Excellent service on that front (thanks Jordyn). Lots of pieces that took over an hour to assemble but rock solid when done. Tip: Using a variable speed drill with the appropriate Allen wrench bit makes all the difference in assembly time. These are big screws and just using the supplied wrench would make the assembly very tough.
We bought this for our sons Christmas present so we had to assemble it Christmas Eve while he was with his Memaw and Papa in order to surprise him. I was irritated after unboxing it to find that key pieces were broken and hardware missing. Not something you really want to come across when you are trying to surprise a child and have time restraints. The top of the headboard and footboard for the lower bunk was assembled (thats how it comes it appears) which isnt wise considering the wooden dowels were broken off on both the headboard and footboard units, there was a huge chunk missing out of the foot board and around some of the holes were cut poorly. We had to drill out the broken dowels and go buy new dowels, then not all the hardware was there, so luckily we do a lot of building and home improvements so we had some extras on hand. Where a chunk was missing on the footboard is where a dowel is to be for stability and sturdiness so we had to fix that as well. I was definitely disappointed in the quality control of this. I didnt rate it lower because we were able to fix most of it ourselvesand had pieces not been broken off it would have been an easy assembly. It did take us about 3 1/2 hours from start to finish due to the repairs we had to make. What matters most is that our son loves it and I think overall its a good product for the price point. Just be aware that there may be broken pieces and/or missing hardware that you may need to account for.
Bought this for my kids for Christmas. Put it together by myself the next day in 2.5 hours. Instructions were relatively clear. The bed seems super solid and the kids love the slide and ladder. FYI the slide is pretty fast so if you have small kids may want to be at the bottom or put some pillows! Overall great product and would recommend. Order was missing the curtains but already working with the company on getting them. Really fast response from service.
This bed is great! The Grand kids love being up high. Only downfall is for me who likes to lay in the bottom bunk but is too low to the floor so not so convenient for my ability as an elderly person. It not a flaw in any way on the manufactures part. I just didnt read the measurements carefully. I give it high marks.
You definitely need at least 4 people to assemble this bed! The instructions werent the best but its common sense! The bed is sturdy, I have two teens in it. One weighs 300 and the top bunk sleeper weighs about 250! Doesnt take up too much space either.
Very smelly (chemical like) even a month later. Imperfections in materials (small scratches, missed paint spots or varnish whatever they use). Holes for ladder not factory drilled right. Small annoying things that should not be present for the price charged. Child loves it! Very sturdy design compared to similar products.

We are very happy with the oroduct
Kids room. Instructions were hard to follow.
Cozy but a long process to put together.
Kids loved the beds but it took me forever to get it all together. Very heavy no doubt! Cute but you better have all night to put it together.
Solid wood and very sturdy

Kids love it! Took two engineers to put together.
Definitely add the extra rollers to the . No track underneath, so is kind of wild, but we would buy this again.
