It uses machine bolts for assembly and they all take the same size wrench which is nice. The directions are only pictures so you have to pay close attention. I assembled the ends on the wrong sides as I couldnt tell from the pictures which was which and it wasnt apparent until the 2nd to last assembly piece. It takes 2 people to get the top piece installed on the frame unless you have a way of suspending it while you line up the bolts and get them started. Other than that it was pretty easy to assemble by myself. It is very sturdy.
Our boys love their new bunk beds my older son loves the sliding part and my younger really likes the bottom tent! Sometimes were all in there pretending were camping! My husband set it up in about 4 hours and we like that the stairs and slide can easily be removed if needed! Definitely recommend!
This is adorable and my kids love it! It took me a while to put together, but I was doing it alone with 2 broken toes so it slowed me down. It is extremely well made and sturdy. I feel safe knowing my kids will be safe on this.
Product came quickly. Easy to assemble. Wood was imperfect. There were scratches, cracks, dents and a few hole drilled into incorrect spots. My husband easily fixed the hole issue as we decided it would be easier than returning and replacing. Good for a quick and temporary bedroom solution.

Perfect bed for my kiddos! Took a few hours to set up, lots of steps but not too bad! Lots of storage for toys on the side, and very sturdy!
