Very sturdy. I love the end storage. No one has slept in the bet yet. It doesnt shake. Very solid. Got it for my grandson to sleep on top bunk and his parents on the bottom when home for a visit. It DOES take a good 4 hours to put together. Needs 2 people with patience,and an agreement in advance, to not kill each other. Its marked very well , part A B C and so on, however there are ALOT OF PIECES. You will need a big area to put it together in and a drill with bits and some screwdrivers.
Good product helped us to create zones in the room. We use it for a teenager and a young person. We put some plywood in the top bunk before we the mattress on. My girls love it.
The bed is a great product, honestly. The one I received had each piece marked perfectly although had to do a little hunting for the legs as the markings were on the bottom where as the rest had been stickered. It was all there though; thankful for that.
Hardware was all there, too. Overall, it took me about 5 hours in total (I did it alone but would have been easier w/ 2 people). The hex tool they provide is fine but I would get your own Allen wrench. I really loved that the holes were lined perfect and pre/drilled. Directions made sense.

To be fair, the bed is exactly as described and pictured, its just not very durable. The wood is very soft and side rails on the top bunk and stairs are flimsy. The finish already had a rip in it when we opened the package. Not a big deal. The beds are okay, just okay.
The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because it was missing pieces and had a couple pieces that came damaged BUT I was able to contact manufacturer and get the missing and damaged parts replaced for free. We just had to wait an additional week
Other than that the beds were easy to assemble, I was able to assemble alone. I have not used as bunk beds yet. But individuals they are very sturdy.

I do like the look but it is hard to set up. overall quality you get what you pay for.
