I sit in this chair 12/16 hours a day. I have went through 8 chairs in the last 9 years or so. None of them would stay soft after about a month of use. After a year they would have some sort of issue. But in all cases the seat padding would be gone the the most part and you felt like you were sitting on a board.
After a year and a half this chair is still soft and I have no pain after 12 hours of use! Using the tilt lock it helps with ergonomics as well. Which helps elevate lower back pain I would normally have.
Now its not perfect after a year and a half and at least 5460 hours of use the mechanism that locks the tilt broke. So the chair would rock back even with the lock engaged. I contacted the seller and received excellent support. With no hesitation they sent me a new mechanism and cylinder (it very hard to separate a cylinder from the mechanism especially after a year of use.)
I received the parts in 2 days, swapped them out and the chair is as good as new!

This chair feels wonderful to sit in. Its comfortable to lean back, to cross your legs, even sitting sideways is comfy. I sit in this chair almost every hour of every day and I have no regrets. Perfect and Sturdy.
I love this chair, the velvet texture is an aming and great support as well as very comfortable. The only thing is after two months it makes a sound when I move the chair while I am sitting on it. I am not sure what should I do about it. Thanks!
I STRUGGLED to find a comfy chair bec I have HUGE hips and a big behind. Luckily this chair actually lets me set comfortably and I get to lean it back and put my feet up if I wanted to. I recommend this chair solely on comfort but not necessarily support. I wish I could lock the arms in different places but unfortunately it doesnt lock. Only flips up and down. Very easy to assemble!
There are quite a few chairs that look exactly like this BUT if you compare you will find that none but this Seating Plus have the 5 layer cushioning. That made a BIG difference for me. Fabric is beautiful. Sturdy and yet not big and tall dimensions. Very attractive chair and its wonderful to have arms that flip up.
Although assembly was relatively easy I would recommend being very careful with placing the seat on the piston. After I did it I remembered I learned somewhere that you have to push the seat down straight dead center. Once on crooked you cant take it off and reset The meager directions do not address this and I forgot until it was too late. The chair now wobbles and the seat cushion tilts up in the front which puts too much pressure on the back of my legs right behind my knees.
Also it looked like the back locked straight up 90 degrees but it does not. Still need a small pillow for lumbar support but thats okay. Hoping it may settle in if not have to give it away and keep shopping. Think all of this is related to the seat position connection on the piston angle. Really is a nice chair overall. Takes up less space.
Im not a small girl and the chairs at the office were hurting my back so badly I could hardly walk by the end of the day. Didnt have a lot of to spend on a chair but thought Id give it a try. Well worth it! My back is doing much better it isnt velvet though, its more, wellllll, sheepy? Kinda? Soft and fluffy, but not too fluffy. Lol! Anyway, great chair, helped my old fat body, and its super cute! very stable.
Love this chair. I was worried about the color clashing with the room but grey didnt clash with anything.
SUPER SOFT CHAIR!!! I put another pillow in it so that the softness will take a really really long time to wear down. I also liked the fact that the arms lift all the way up so it can slide under kitchen table which is where my office is located since my husbands death. Smart design.

This is a very comfortable office chair ,. Had a problem with a cracked part . Contacted seller and they replaced part no questions asked. Very good customer service. Would recommend this seller to friends and family! Well made just what I was looking for!
Came in multiple pieces, not hard to assemble but time consuming. Once it was done, couldnt be happier with the comfort of the chair. I wanted a super padded chair, this hit the spot. This item was correct.

Looks Great / Seat Is Very Supportive / Be Careful With Assembly
