    very comfortable

The chair arrived promptly, well packed, instructions were clear and easy to assemble. Needed a little help to assemble the back cushion. Not giving 5 stars because the seat cushion was a little bit dirty and the material the chair is covered by, is a little shinny, velvet like, didnt expect it. otherwise its comfortable. As expected.

Ok comfort/ leans back a little too much

The back support isnt the best and the cushions feel like they might wear quick. Had a little smell on arrival but it went away after a day or two. leans back a little to much even when locked into the upright most position. Not easy to put together.

    Beautiful and comfortable

The chair is really nice and very well padded. It can be assembled in 10 minutes, and arrives well protected in its box. My only regret is that its not removable, so its impossible to machine wash it. You will need a steam cleaner in case of stains Definitely worth it.

    Difficult to mount

Very nice armchair. Arrived very quickly. The only problem is the assembly. Im not a handyman, not very strong and I have osteoarthritis in my knees. The backrest is very heavy and very hard to fix. I broke my back putting it on. Its still a very nice chair. Good one.

Bad wheels and slightly uncomfortable on the sitting portion.

My business partner had ordered one of these and had to by new wheels which the seller reimbursed him for, so we knew the wheels would be bad. However this time weve ordered higher/quality wheels which we dont expect to get reimbursed for. Also, my problem is the seat is uncomfortable, just like the chair Im replacing. So, Im purchasing a seat cushion and well see how that works out. It could just be me though. The chair itself fits well and is nice because it has short arms so I can pull it right up to my desk and get to my keyboard. Overall its a good chair for the money. Its good enough.

    Comfy, for a couple months.

The foam on this chair is wearing in very quickly, and is not as comfortable as initially was. (Late November purchase, now early February. Daily use.) I am already looking into an extra lumbar pillow, as the back is rather flat. My elbows get the pinched nerve feeling if I rest on the padded armrests for too long, so I need to get arm pads that can fit the 11 inches of odd shape too. I put roller blade style office wheels on it to quiet its movements on hardwood. The center rod creaks loudly, and it sounds like a metal piece is pinging with any rock back. Its more comfy than my old chair so I am keeping it. But theres too many investments needed to make this chair truly ergonomic. Its longevity is questionable. It was easy enough for me to assemble alone, and it came with a pair of gloves, so it gets points for that. Just ok

A year later and its still so posh

I love this chair. Ive used it 5/days a week for over a year, and it has held up its form, support, and comfort. I get compliments on it all the time in my video meetings and by guests who visit my home (and Ive shared the link with them to purchase here as well) because it is so stylish. I definitely recommend. Really Worth it

Extremely cute and comfortable, much more than I was expecting for the price!

Not gonna lie, I was kind of nervous that this would turn out to be a cheap chair, but its *so* comfortable, the velvet is smooth and a little shiny, super soft, lots of cushion, and is very tall and wide. I never thought I could have an office chair that was comfortable to work in 40 hours a week AND was super cute. Pro/tip: I thought it didnt come with instructions but they came buried inside an interior box, so empty everything from their boxes before panicking like I did. Set up wasnt terrible, I did it alone, but I think it might be easier to do with two people. But I believe in you and you can do it by yourself if you need to. Not so bad.

Just what I had been looking for

This is just what I was looking for. Soft and comfy. Easy to assemble. My only issue is that it came with the arm cracked. I have reached out to the seller in hopes that they respond quickly and favorably. Id prefer the replacement part since Im not up to the hassle of returns. Ill say get it if y ok are thinking about it. Now I can sit on my desk for as long as possible without having to bear the pain on my back and tush. My son loves it!!

Dont follow directions after the base!

Once you put the base together, do not follow the instructions! It is impossible unless you have a helper! Put the seat on the ground instead of on the base then follow instructions for where the screws go. Once arms are secured to base and back, flip onto the base! Comfy! Very well made.
