I really wanted to like this chair. I really liked the way it looked online. Reviews were great.

After 3 months of use, the chair is just not supportive in the seat and back. The foam is okay to sit on for 1/2 hours, but if you need it for office use, I would suggest a different chair. It was more supportive in the first month.
The wheels are terrible! they just dont roll. the phrase two left hands comes to mind. You have to drag it to move even an inch. Product is Ok for the price.
I do like that the chair fits and supports my body and my back very well and also supports my 270 lb. 510 body, however, the padding on the arm rests is so thin that I am now experiencing sharp nails or staples that come through the padding when I rest my arms. Also the padding has shifted to the side on the arm rest giving even less softness. The sharp nails hurt my arms every time I lean on them. I am really disappointed with this. Also, even though the chair is ergonomically supportive of my body, the padding on the seat does not hold up if I sit a long time. Wish they had thought of this when designing it. Basic.
I wasnt expecting much from this chair to be totally honest but this exceeded my expectations! Very comfortable and perfect size for a man 6 feet 1 225 lb. I love it! Well made and packaged.
It was easy to assemble and its so comfy!! I like to sit cross legged and the seat is big enough for that. I have chronic pain and I can sit in this chair for work all day. Its soft, but supportive. Im 5 feet tall and pretty chubby. Im not worried about it sinking or breaking. I need a foot stool, but I need a foot stool for every chair ever. But this one doesnt bite into the back of my legs. Absolutely would recommend to a friend. Great!
Using these chairs for my dinning room table. Only complaint I would have is the tention knob for the tilting is almost impossible to turn. Very comfortable to sit on Very easy to assemble. Good quality.
The chair is beautiful and comfortable, but I probably wouldnt buy it again. The padding broke off of one of the arm rests on the second day. Its a plastic base that wasnt well attached to an inaccessible hidden screw. In other words, not buyers assembly issue or user error. I just glued it, but not sure how long that will last. works great.
