So, other than the fact that there were no directions in the box, the chairs and all parts were present and pretty easy to assemble. I did have to go online and find some help. Lucky for me, someone took a picture of the parts and instructions. Chair is very comfy and looks great too! One of my favorite features is the arm rests come up so you can park it easily under your desk! Finally!!! I have been taking arms off chairs for years because of this! Thanks! Very Sturdy product.

This chair is comfy, supportive and the rocking feature is aming. I also like that the arm rests are able to be moved out of the way if needed. Really good.
This chair is extremely comfortable. The adjustable height and all is really nice. I researched chairs before I chose this one and it was worth it, this is the best desk chair, the material is soft and feels so much better that those mesh back or leather chairs . I love this chair for its comfort and classy look. Very pleased!
This is the perfect, comfortable, upright sturdy chair. The lean back is a little TOO lean back, but, awesome chair. Well made, easy to assemble and useful.
Its great chair and very comfortable, just the armrest need to be improved as the elbow leaves its impression there and its irreversible when you leave the chair, all other features related to the seat and back are good, Smaller than I expected.
