After only one year the chair is unusable as one of the wheel bases bent due to a weak weld. Not fixable. I also had to purchase a gel pad to sit on as there was very little padding in the seat and my rear would become numb after a couple hours. Overall good.
This is a good chair The only issue I have is the wheels dont always worked where they should. But everything else is great for it and it is very comfortable. Well made and packaged.
The color is a nice light cream. The fabric is very soft and velvety. The cushions are very comfortable and the lumber support is great even though the pictures dont do it justice. It was very easy to assemble, probably less than 30 minutes, and came with cotton gloves to wear. The legs are a chrome finished metal but the arms are chrome finished plastic. One of the screw holes for the left arm was installed at an angle so the screw had to go in at an angle and scraped off some of the plastic chrome finish. Im not bothered by this though but I know some people would be. I cant review the wheels because I use roller blade wheels and just transferred them from my old chair to this one. I thought at first that it didnt actually tilt because Im used to one lever to lift/lower and tilt/fix but this chair has two different levers to perform these functions. All functions are smooth and there are no squeaks. Im very happy. I hope it lasts a while. Good quality.
Incredibly comfortable. I use this chair working from home. Makes the 8 hour workday so much easier to get through. The tilt feature is awesome and its plenty roomy for those who like to sit cross/legged. Value for money.
This is exactly what I was looking for! A comfortable, aesthetically pleasing office chair. Excellent customer service as well. One of the chairs arms arrived with a small crack in it (must have happened during shipping) I reached out to the seller, worried that the crack would develop into something bigger over extended use, and they sent me a a brand new piece! Would definitely recommend! Good quality.

The velvet ended up being a little warm to sit in (which for me isnt great, but some may like that). Sadly, after I got it together it didnt fit at my desk space so I had to return it. The seller/company was great and communicative with the return. Id recommend this chair if you want a nice chair that isnt leather My daughter love it!!!

Comfortable and supportive
Soft and supportive, more comfortable than my usual office chair. Arms lift up so you can sit crisscross if you want. Love it.
