I am able to read, relax and sleep thru the night. The message feture is wonderful. It does need two people to flip it over in its correct potition. So far I love it.
It was bulky to move so get help! The little plastic out parts of the white plastic washers around the bolt hinges broke off on several hinges. Did not effect anything inner plastic part was still there to protect friction. Works great! I used it in my old bed frame for a couple days but it was too tight. It eventually rubbed the frame. I removed my bed frame unfortunately. Other than that I recommend this bed. Super quiet everything works great for watch tv!
I like everything about this vase except it is noisy. It is not quiet as it advertises. I was quite surprised because a lot of the reviews said it was quiet.
I really like the full range of flexibility of this bedframe. The adjustments are a little noisy, but smooth with gradual movements. The 12 feet allow storage under bed, and I was able to add my bedskirt (had to cut two small holes in it to allow for mattress bar). My 12 hybrid mattress brings it to a decent height, but I would prefer a few inches more. Message features are mild but nice. The only criticism I could give at this point is the remote. It has a small flashlight beam which is nice, but difficult to use in dark because the backlighting only comes on after you press a button. Guess Ill need to memorize button placement so I dont disturb mate when pressing random buttons.
Good price, good deal overall so far but kind of noisy massage, sound weird if 2 people sleep together, I hope it isnt a problem. I have another base from other brand that works better.
This is dead simple to assemble. It already is put together just twist on the legs and filp it over on the floor. Quiet motor and wireless remote works great. What I loved about this over other adjustable bases was the look of the material wrapped around the frame and the two mattress holders at the foot of the bed versus just one. Very happy with my purchase! This will fit inside a full bed frame/headboard and footer and functions as the platform for your mattress. Nothing else required.
I just received the adjustable bed frame yesterday. Set up was easy and so far Im satisfied. I just have two issues.
1. One of the pins that hold the frame together was floating around loose in the box. A cotter pin was missing from the pin in the frame. The cotter pin is nowhere to be found in the box. They have a pretty good locking mechanism so I believe it was never installed by the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and was advised to work the issue through . Went back to my purchase in following the process to get help and sends me back to the manufacturer. Called the manufacturer back again and was advised they couldnt help me. Said they would have to replace the whole bed for a cotter pin. Sounds a bit cry to get a piece of hardware that probably cost less than 50 cents. Then I was advised they would try to get someone else to help and was transferred, but ended up at an answering machine. Not real happy with support at this point.
2. I purchased this bed frame on Dec 6 for 616. When I went back to yesterday Dec 11 I see the price is 509.99 now. How do I get the reduced price? Do I need to return the product. Trying to find how to address this now.
Im a little frustrated with getting suppose trying to use these chat tools doesnt get me anywhere fast.
I bought this bed back in 2016 and Ive loved it weve moved it two times since purchasing I am now ordering another one for our other bedroom. I have read the reviews kind of concerns me quite a few of the negative ones Ive really enjoyed mine for the price so Im going to take a chance and get another one.
Delivery folks didnt know, so I had no idea it had been delivered until I got me email notification. I would have had them bring it into the house. However, we managed. I am 69, hubs is 72. Took it out of the box, easy peasy. Had the 6 legs, which we installed, cut the zip ties for the power plug, added batteries (included) to the remote, test to make sure it works It Does!! Slapped the mattress on and added the bar at the end to keep the mattress from sliding off. In business! I think they made installation easier than the 2016 model I previously purchased. This was a queen, so we didnt have to worry about syncing the remotes or anything. The remote is a nicer one than my other bed.
We have had these TwinXL beds for almost 4 years. Love them. Very sturdy built. Only problem is one of the beds stops working. Have to unplug it. That gets old crawling under the bed to unplug it.

Stopped working after 9 months. How do we fix it?
We got this in February 2020. Less than a year later, it stopped working. The remote doesnt do anything. We wonder if there is any way to solve this.

Unplugging gets old!!
