This makes my bed so much better I love it took me a little while to find how to use the massage but read the instructions but this bed is so simple to put together make take two people but I was able to do myself. Overall 100% buy I dont care what anyone else has to say this is great!!
i dont really care about the vibration but it just wasnt strong enough. It is a useless feature for me. the adjustable bed frame is very heavy! It took 4 of us to take it the bedroom upstairs. Otherwise, it is easy to assemble and use. I love how it has options on the heights. Overall a good product.
Bought 2 of them as I waited long to get split king. It is sounding like good quality but with sleep number iq 8 inch bed lifting sounds like the head and foot arms of bed struggling to lift. I am 170 lb and spouse is 130 pound. I highly suspect the mattress holding stopper at foot will hold more than 6 months or so, the holes where it goes is already having shear and cracks.
This adjustable base with the memory foam mattress is some of the best sleep youll ever get!

The base it self is really nice. The condition of the box it arrived in was not. There should be a better way to package an item of this size and weight. Our box arrived very beat up with lots of holes in it. The product itself only had one rip, which I was surprised there was only one. I will stitch the hole up myself, but they should improve their packing.

Frame is heavy. Took me a little bit to get it in the house. Easy to put together but was alittle cumbersome since its an adjustable frame when moving it around. Have not had any issues as of today and everything works great. Vibration is nice and the remote works well. I wish it had the USB ports on both sides of the frame but thats not a deal breaker. I used to never watch TV in bed but now I do quite a bit. I am very satisfied with this product and hope it last me a long time.

I purchased the bed May 21st 2020. I got a good seven months out of it around December the 12th a bed that I have been enjoying all the functions stopped working. I unplugged it thinking that we reset it that didnt work change the batteries that what didnt work either. I made this purchase because Ive had surgery on my neck and surgery on my lower back four times so this was an investment I was willing to make. And now to my dismay the only thing working on the bed is a USB port I have a warranty on the bed Ive called the company they only would take a message saying that they would direct it to the right department and someone would get back with me I have waited for over a week and I have not been contacted yet I even called them back to let them know at customer service and no one had returned my call. I thought it would make a difference if I emailed them so far still no reply so a bed that I purchased solely because of my medical issues is not working it has became useless. So Im writing this review as a last resort maybe somebody from the company or will contact me to resolve this issue. So someone please help me. At least when the bed was working it did make the pain that I live with a little bit more bearable. Hopefully I will be able to update this review with a more positive one.
As a December 22nd I am pleased to update my review I called customer service I was able to talk to someone they directed me how reset the bed troubleshoot it and get it working thank God it worked so now I do have a functioning bed. So I am willing to change my review to a more positive one thanks Classic Brand
