I purchased the bed May 21st 2020. I got a good seven months out of it around December the 12th a bed that I have been enjoying all the functions stopped working. I unplugged it thinking that we reset it that didnt work change the batteries that what didnt work either. I made this purchase because Ive had surgery on my neck and surgery on my lower back four times so this was an investment I was willing to make. And now to my dismay the only thing working on the bed is a USB port I have a warranty on the bed Ive called the company they only would take a message saying that they would direct it to the right department and someone would get back with me I have waited for over a week and I have not been contacted yet I even called them back to let them know at customer service and no one had returned my call. I thought it would make a difference if I emailed them so far still no reply so a bed that I purchased solely because of my medical issues is not working it has became useless. So Im writing this review as a last resort maybe somebody from the company or will contact me to resolve this issue. So someone please help me. At least when the bed was working it did make the pain that I live with a little bit more bearable. Hopefully I will be able to update this review with a more positive one.
As a December 22nd I am pleased to update my review I called customer service I was able to talk to someone they directed me how reset the bed troubleshoot it and get it working thank God it worked so now I do have a functioning bed. So I am willing to change my review to a more positive one thanks Classic Brand
A failed bed with no customer service
