    Quality control?

Seems to be of good quality, but message function does not work.

    Poor quality on the legs/screws

I was very excited to get this and try it out. I had tried the adjustable frames in the big chain stores and loved them. But I didnt want to spend the big sticker prices for those so I thought this would be a good solution. It arrived as scheduled and on time, the box was fully intact and the instructions were very easy to follow. It took my boyfriend and I about 30 minutes to set up. But, I do have a few complaints. The legs on the bed are not high quality. I wanted to use the highest leg possible so I could store things under the bed. But one leg didnt have any thread on the screw so you couldnt screw it in, and one screw completely broke right off when we were trying to screw it into the place. So we had to use the medium leg height and start over. Again / a screw broke right off the leg and that leg was completely unusable. We finally were able to screw all four corner legs using the shortest leg height. Not exactly what I wanted, but not completely wasted. Im a little worried that scooting the bed a little to dust, etc. will cause another leg to just snap off, which will then render the bed useless. The motors work well and it is comfortable, but the quality is not great. For the price compared to big chain store prices, I will just use this bed until it breaks and then break down and buy a higher quality. Also, I wouldnt recommend this base for anyone heavier or larger, I really dont think it will hold up very long.

    Nice idea but troublesome

I just started using the bed about a month ago and am having a problem the foot and head shaking while in use trouble using the remote the buttons have to be depressed for a long period before the motors operate. also the buttons are difficult to read the writing on them is very faint and not intuitive to use in the dark. I have emailed the manufacturer to have the issues addressed.

    BIGHUGE MISTAKE!!!

I waited for a few months for this bed frame to be back in stock. Even though I was told I would not be charged until it shipped, I was charged before it was shipped. The description stated that the delivery person would set it up, but that is NOT the case!!! If anything, the delivery person barely brought it into my house and I dont have many steps. He was clueless about the set up. Again, if I knew that was the case, I would have purchased the frame from a store that would have set it up for me. I had to pay someone to assemble it. I am a bit disappointed because my brand new mattress is not really compatible with this frame. Now my 2000.00 mattress is getting ruined. If the description of the frame would have made reference to the type of mattresses that will work it would have helped. The mattress slides and I wish there was something to keep it from sliding off the frame. I understand that the mattress has to move with the frame, but I am talking about sliding from side to side. After using the frame for a few days, it doesnt lay flat in the middle and buckles up. This caused the head of the bed to be lower and the foot of the bed to be lower and the middle of my back is raised up. I have to be careful how I raise the head of the bed because it rises very high and I am on a sloping angle and could very easily slide down and fall off of the bed. I had to play around with the controls to figure it out. Then I read in the instruction booklet that this may not last more than a year and then the mechanical devices could stop, but the manufacturer doesnt offer any solutions. So, basically, when the bed stops working I will either have to replace it or be stuck with a bed that doesnt work. I would return it, but how would I ever get it packed up for a return??? I feel duped and stuck with a product that was misrepresented in the description of the product and did not give enough information. For a little bit more money, I could have gone to QVC and gotten a Sleep Number Bed with a Motion frame.

I do like it but middle legs bending in. And the wireless remote is not working now. I am not sure why. calling the manufacturer

It was fine for a few months. Then it broke. I tried to get this bed repaired because of a motor that is not running right. send me a second bed frame. I couldnt get it unpacked because I am 70 and ill. So I tried to send it back. But I cant get a label for return purchase. I cannot afford to pay for two. They charged me 600 for the first one, and 400 for the second one. I tried to reach them and ask for the return purchase label mailing of at least 100, I dont have now. I am now stuck with two beds one that is still in a box and one I use but has a dysfunctional motor. I need some help. I dont know what to do now. It is partly my fault for being too sick to follow up. But the company I think responded without understanding my situation.

    Bad foresight by the manufacturer

I bought two of these for a King size setup. Unfortunately, there was no opportunity when ordering to identify these two bases would be setup side/by/side. The problem I have is that the USB ports are both on the left side of the base (as viewed from the foot of the bed). This makes the USB ports on the right/side base (as viewed from the foot of the bed) inaccessible since these will be up against the left/side base (as viewed from the foot of the bed). Bad foresight by the manufacturer!

    All around disappointment

Bought this adjustable bed in hopes that it would help with back pain and snoring issues. Ive never tried any other adjustable beds, so I dont know if it is just this particular bed, but none of the numerous different positions Ive tried adjusting it to are comfortable whatsoever. Im only able to sleep through the night when its just flat. For Additionally, there were the following issues: 1. It was clear right after opening the box that this was not a brand new unit. There were scuff marks and scratches that indicated prior use, and the part that holds the power brick had obviously been tampered with and put back together incorrectly. 2. Two of the leg posts were nearly impossible to screw in. One was so difficult that I injured my wrist rather badly trying to force it in. (Warning: The leg posts are hollow and all of them had small scraps of sharp metal inside of them that fell out of them and into the carpet) 3. The USB feature is useless if you are using the bed with a bed frame. The ports are on the side and get obstructed by the frame. 4. The remote is extremely unresponsive, unnecessarily big, not intuitive, difficult to use in the dark, and none of the presets are comfortable positions. 5. Ive had the leg motor stutter and fail to respond twice after in less than one month of use. 6. The vibrate feature even on the highest setting is too weak to be worthwhile. 7. Its very heavy and difficult to move. I missed my return window while waiting for my mattress to be delivered, so Im stuck with a 500 frame that is only being used as a regular flat bed. (for reference I am using the bed with a Leesa memory foam matress)

    Frustrated

I purchased this bed less than 3 months ago and the motor/arm that moves the foot of the bed up and down is already broken. The massage feature is very poor, you can barely feel it and it is loud. The assembly is not that difficult but I struggled, with much frustration, for quite a while to get the legs on. They did not screw in like they were supposed to.

    Second Thoughts Solution found

Update: these beds have not been proven to me they are worth the money. Last night when I was leaning on the side with my elbow into the mattress looking on the floor for my phone charger cord the leg crumbled out from under me. This is July 2018 and we barely have had these a year. Come on beds last for years! Now what do I do? Prop up with a brick? Big boxes came. Wow so heavy. Put the bed together to do the last thing of putting in the metal bar that keeps mattress from sliding off. On one of the two beds there was eyelets to properly put in the bar, on the other there were no holes. Called and they are still thinking about what to do. I followed the conpany directions which the last thing is to insert the bar. Now what is fair to me? It took a hour putting it together, carrying up 2 flights of stairs. And now they want me to take it apart and send it back. All I have asked for is to swap out the bed part that is the issue. Now last night new problems: now the one remote is moving both twin xl beds that are side by side to make a king. We didthis to get split control. Saturday this was not a problem. Next, about 3 pm it woke me up with a strange noise. I think the massage thing was split second vibrating like sound but no vibrate. Finally I had to unplug it to get to sleep. I will be back to let you know how handles this. I like , but if this was my first purchase it would scare me away from as how they are not cooperating with me. GOOD NEWS! I Called the company and they apologized for the issue and is totally making it right to our satisfaction. So I am changing this to a 5 star from a one. Bad for how handled this but Good for how the manufacturer did. I think the factory will improve their quality control. Nice person at Brands that I spoke with.
