Like the product so far. Now the trick is getting support from and the manufacturer.
I just received the adjustable bed frame yesterday. Set up was easy and so far Im satisfied. I just have two issues.
1. One of the pins that hold the frame together was floating around loose in the box. A cotter pin was missing from the pin in the frame. The cotter pin is nowhere to be found in the box. They have a pretty good locking mechanism so I believe it was never installed by the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and was advised to work the issue through . Went back to my purchase in following the process to get help and sends me back to the manufacturer. Called the manufacturer back again and was advised they couldnt help me. Said they would have to replace the whole bed for a cotter pin. Sounds a bit cry to get a piece of hardware that probably cost less than 50 cents. Then I was advised they would try to get someone else to help and was transferred, but ended up at an answering machine. Not real happy with support at this point.
2. I purchased this bed frame on Dec 6 for 616. When I went back to yesterday Dec 11 I see the price is 509.99 now. How do I get the reduced price? Do I need to return the product. Trying to find how to address this now.
