Good Loft Bed for the Price

Very good. Ive had this bed for a month or two. (1) I tried putting bed risers under it, but then it would shake a lot. (2) I dont understand why the ladders dont lead to an open entryway. I have to climb up over the bed frame to get in. (3) The ladder steps are hard. I put some pipe insulation on the ladder steps, so theyd be comfortable when I step on them. (4) Overall, the bed was easy to assemble, and Id definitely recommend it.

    Great bed!!!!

Great for small spaces. Bought the white color for my 7 year old sons room. He is over the moon excited; absolutely loves it! Assembly took my husband a little over 2 hours. Lots of screws. Good instructions! Sturdy bed. Desk is awesome. Built in ladders (on both ends!) are so smart.

the middle bar started to dip and sounded like it could break

Love these. All the parts and pieces were included, assembly is very clearly explained in the instruction diagrams. The only thing is, if youre building this alone (as I did), make sure you do NOT put the middle beam on the side where it indicates to put the middle bars to connect the two ends. If youre standing it up alone with standard 8ft ceilings its not possible. Flip it on the long side, and then pull it up, you cant just go directly up with it. When situating the end with the three middle connector bars with the other end, the middle bar started to dip and sounded like it could break. It is very flimsy. If you put the side bars and the lower support bar on, thats good, put the middle bar in after youve connected those or itll bend and almost snap off. If theres two people obviously this wouldnt be a problem as someone could hold it up. But I, (a tall 23 year old woman) had an alright time putting this together other than that middle bar almost snapping on me when I stood the whole thing upright before connecting. Otherwise seems very sturdy and it goes together easily. Will be sleeping on it next week! We shall see!

    Loft Bed

Its OK. A bit wobbly after assembly but not to bad. I did ask the child in it her opinion, she said. I love my bed (this would probably include the Memory Foam Mattress I suspect). She did say that she would prefer there to be an open space where you climb into bed at the ladder. My opinion, It works, seems like it will hold up. I would probably go a different direction if we had to do it over.

    Great bed for my 9yo

Fantastic and Sturdy. Great bed for my 9yo. Her and I put it together in about an hour(maybe less). Directions were easy to follow with good pictures. It was very easy to unpack and assemble. She loves her new bed.

    Complicated assembly

My mom loves it. Assembly is very time consuming, even with 2 people helping. The bed squeaks a bit when a child climbs it. Very tall, so unless you have a tall ceiling or a short mattress you wont be able to sit up in bed. The thin, metal bars on the ladder to climb up are uncomfortable to do in bare feet. The loft bed is a nice option to save floor space. The space under the bed is not enough to stand up in, except for a young child, so it is better used for furniture to go in. Overall decent bed for the price.

Pretty good bed, happy with my purchase.

Easy to set up. Ive had this bed for 4.5 months and I havent had to tighten it yet. I know the instructions said to occasionally check the bolts, but overall its holding up. Its super sturdy and holds an 8 inch memory foam green tea mattress very well. I have mdf boards with foam sheets underneath the mattress as a bunky board. The slats are fairly sturdy once snapped in, but when assembling the slats some of the ones on the ends of the bed will only snap down on one side, meaning the plastic lock things dont go all the way in on the very ends. This hasnt proven to be a problem because the structure of the bed as a whole is tightly bolted and tightened together. The weight of the mattress pushing down on the mdf boards also helps keep the slats in check. I have put pool noodles with zip ties on the ladders just so the ladder is more comfortable to climb on, but Im considering getting an alternative to the built on ladder. As for weight, the bed holds more than the 300 lb weight limit. My boyfriend is 215 lbs and I am 150 lbs. The bed is still holding up. It does slightly shake but thats because the frame is made of metal only and isnt attached to the wall. I do have things between the wall and the bed to capture some of the vibrations, but other than that it doesnt bother me. My boyfriend comes over sometimes, but most of the time its just me sleeping on there. I have a desk under my loft bed and once you remember to not stand up completely you wont bang your head. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and my small room feels much bigger now.
