Its good enough. Im a professional carpenter and this took me about 8 hours to put together myself. USE AN ELECTRIC SCREW DRIVER. My palms were completely swollen the next day from the ridiculous amount of hand screwing youre required to do into non/pre/drilled wood. I had to fight some of the pieces to sit where the instructions said they were supposed to go. The worst build experience of my life, but once I started putting it together in my tiny apartment, I had no option but to finish since I had nowhere else to put my mattress in the meantime. I started at 8pm and ended around 4am. Cute bed though and wont be hard to break down into medium/sized pieces for moving. I also really like the height. It has started creaking a bit, but nothing dramatic.
If I could give them 6 stars I would. Great customer service and follow thru. I had two issues one small one big. The small issue was resolved over the phone. I was given three options to resolve my issue and I am still satisfied with the choice I made. The second issue was much bigger but was not their fault. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue and actually WOWED! me twice during the process.
Now when they say it takes two people. I am telling you it takes two people; this is coming from someone who repeatedly tried to do it solo. Very bad idea on my part. I thoroughly regret that decision and my commitment to it. Im still super happy with the final product. yes we like it.
I love how diverse and compact it is love all the draws on it Im living in a studio so I need all the storage I can get Im a girl of many desires I needed space for all my clothes n stuff I like my things neatly hidden away but I know exactly where it is Very easy to set up!

Judge if you must, but Im seriously still recovering from the emotional damage and trauma from building this bed. If you are going to be putting this together with a spouse, seek couples therapy! This thing was no joke and I dont know if my marriage has ever been tested to this extreme before. This is not for the weak! Really good.
Bed looks great, very sturdy, nice storage areas, but, yes, dont expect it to be a quick assembly. Two with experience assembling furniture got most of it assembled within 2 hours. Due to a power outage, assembly was completed the next day in about 2 more hours by two who have little experience with assembly. Tips: Have both a drill and screwdrivers on hand. Best to tackle if you have experience putting together furniture, or someone nearby who does. Open the four boxes in order and one at a time, although you will need screws from the next box to complete assembly. Keep your screws/bolts in the marked bags as you go. Instructions, while not the best Ive used, were sufficient enough if you paid careful attention to the diagrams of screw placement and wood side. If your bedroom is small, probably best to assemble the foot and side pieces in a larger space and bring into bedroom to fit together (we had a good working space so this wasnt necessary). Center storage area under middle of bed is only good for box storage as it cannot be easily accessed. Drawers at the end can be easily removed for small item storage, though. Overall a great buy. My son loves it!!
The first 3 boxes arrived first and the 4th box came a few days later (I think its because theyre different size boxes). The assembly definitely took a while but pushing through can be done in a day (my husband and I are intermediate level builders for these types of projects). My 11 year old daughter also helped (she is also intermediate skill level). Once its done its beautiful. The drawers are slightly smaller than expected but still hold quite a bit. The stoppers for the night stands are just little wooden dowels so if they fall out we may use some wood glue but so far is holding. Once together it is quite heavy. Dont try to move it on your own. My husband was stubborn and pulled his groin . The frame is super sturdy! We have a memory foam mattress and my husband is NOT a small man but he is not snoring nearly as loud as before. I think the support is helping with that! Overall very happy with this purchase. Worth the price !!!
This frame is very well put together and is very sturdy. Ive been able to move most of my items in my closet and with some nifty organization, I was able to fit most items into the bed frame itself clearing out tons of space. Assembly is very long and tedious but very easy to follow as long as you dont rush yourself. Use power tools, but be careful you dont strip out any screws. This makes the assembly twice as quick. Other than that, I love the product and design Super.
