This bed is a definitely a project to put together, especially if you do it yourself (I’m female, 5’). The bed comes in 3 boxes, the heaviest was 70+ pounds, up a flight of stairs. Took me about 3 hours to put together, but I took my time to make sure I did it correctly. I have to finish putting the storage drawers together. I love the way it looks in my room! Will post pictures once I get the headboard and it’s assembled. Side note, one of the side boards was scratched but not a deal breaker for me.
This bed is a good bed for a single kid. The drawers are handy for what ever. I bought a materess and box spring for this bed and it is very high to set on but it works great for my 6'6 kid. Lucked out on this. Happy with it.
This bed is a good height and I like the storage, but the drawers do get stuck and it is already scratched in a few places, so that is annoying. I would buy it again because I like the simplicity and no headboard, but the design and material quality could definitely be improved. I would even pay more for something higher quality.

This bed is almost all mdf and pressed wood with laminate, the slats are plywood, and the drawer sides are wood. I started by brushing polyurethane on all the non-laminated surfaces to make the unit more resistant to moisture. I then put the drawers together with Gorilla glue on all joint surfaces (also the U-channels, T-spaces, and drawer slides). I did not glue the final assembly.
The directions are a joy to use since they are so clear. Every item fit together perfectly. Free shipping from can't be beat.
The only adverse thing is a preference issue: the JCB connector heads are chrome (on the white bed). A plastic pop-on cover would be more visually pleasing.
Overall, I have a bed that is solid, has nice storage, and should last!
This bed is amazing! It's the perfect size for my studio, and the drawers are so big!!! I was not expecting that at all. All my non closet clothes were able to fit and I still had room in each drawer. I read reviews about the bed collapsing so I will update my review if that happens to me. So far, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Total time it took me to put it together was about an hour and a half. Build quality is what you'd expect for the price. Overall very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend.
This bed is awesome.... when it finally came me and my boyfriend spent the day putting it all together ... simple and easy instructions .... my children could have assembled it very pleased
