This bed looks fabulous! You can't beat the price. It took my husband and I about 3 hours to put it together; it wasn't hard if you can read directions. Very happy!
This bed looks good and has a ton of storage. It's a good value for sure. My teenager is able to fit all clothes except for hanging clothes in the 12 drawers. If you are not someone that is super handy, I'd recommend that you hire someone to put this together. There was 0 chance that I could have done this myself. I hired a handyman who spent about 3.5 hours building every single drawer and wound up paying him double what we originally agreed because it was that labor-intensive. Now that it's together though, it's fine. One other thing...because it has the two rows of drawers, the bed sits very high with a mattress and bunky board. I'm 5'4 and it requires a little effort to get on it!
This bed looks great and comes at a very reasonable price, and for the most part it does well. However, there are a couple things to keep in mind:
First, the frame overall isn't very rigid so it won't be square and properly aligned on its own, so when setting it up you have to be careful to make sure it's square.
Second, if you don't carefully align the sides when setting it up, the drawers will be misaligned and won't seat flat against the frame (one side or the other will stick out when you close the drawer). I recommend that you ensure that it's completely square (using the drawers as the gauge) before putting on the mattress and then don't move it after that.
Third, if you ever have to move the bed you'll have to be very careful about it because its lack of rigidity means you can't just pick up one end and move it because it'll cause the bed to deform and bend rather than move.
Fourth, the lack of rigidity means that the bed will squeak and make other funny noises when you move on it or sometimes even when you sit on it, and will rock and make a great deal of noise when performing any kind of rigorous movement on it (so don't count on any kind of privacy during intimate activities).
One possible solution to issues 1 through 3 is to remove the wooden slats that support the mattress and replace them with a piece of plywood that is screwed into the frame to reinforce it and add strength and rigidity. I don't know if this will help with the noise issue because that's due to lateral movement that a piece of plywood may not address. The noise issue may require reinforcing the corners of the frame to prevent lateral movement.
This bed looks great. It took a while to put together and needs about 2-3 people... so far it seems stable. I might reinforce it with metal brackets though, just in case.
This bed looks nice and only took a couple hours to build. The underside of the frame was a bit difficult to build. I do not care for the plastic material the drawers are made of. They don't look like they'll hold up with alot of use. I'm also not sure how long the material on the bed will look nice and not get punctured or have scratches. I have rated this a 4, because of the plastic drawers only.
This bed looks very stylish and sturdy in the pictures however this is far from the truth. It is a particle board bed with very little actual structural support. They would have done a lot better off taking the drawers out of the bed and putting some cross braces in. The bed pieces themselves had no damage whatsoever and they are packed surprisingly well. When you assemble this bed make sure to have a LOT of space and two people. Overall a decent bed for the price. If I could go back and do it over I probably would have built my own platform bed.
This bed saved us a lot of space, and is great looking. the drawer materials are cheap, and every few months i need to repair one with metal corner braces (they then work fine). Great value, but just be careful with the material since it is not high quality overall.
we have had it 2 years, and it still holds up.
This bed took a little while to assemble, and I am an Ikea pro... so be sure to set aside 3 hours or so. It went together well, and is supporting me fine (I'm a big guy...).
The drawers are a little small, but they will add a little extra space. One of mine sticks a little, but I believe this could be an assembly issue.
I believe it is a great value for the price that the sellers on here are offering it for.
This bed took me 8 hours to set up but in the end, it was worth it and my wife loved it too. I followed the instruction and built myself a beautiful bed with 6 drawers. There was no problem at all, very sturdy and beautiful. Remember, you must follow the instruction very carefully and look at the picture to confirm what you're doing is right because every piece has a place. Those who said the holes are misaligned, they actually misread the instruction and did it wrong.

Looks good but not so strong

Looks nice, pessimistic that it will last long

Disappointed

Looks great, saves space, OK material
