This bed frame is just..... wow. I love this thing. It’s insanely sturdy and was so simple to put together. It really took some time so make sure you’re ready for that.
It also comes in a few really big heavy boxes... but overall it was so worth the purchase.
This bed frame is so nice! It was a little difficult to put together but my husband basically did it all in 2 hours. I built the drawers which were simple enough.
This bed frame is very sturdy and looks great. When it arrived it sat in the box for months before I was able to finally put it up. Upon setting it up, I found I was missing 2 pieces of hardware. I contacted the manufacturer and within a week I had the missing hardware replaced, free of charge. 100% recommend the product, as well as the company that makes it!
This bed frame took 3 people over 3 hours to put together. The drawer pieces are labeled but they are labor intensive to build. The bottoms of the drawers are basically a thick piece of paper, so you cannot put anything heavy (or that is not light weight) in them. The support pieces for the bottoms of the drawers are also pretty much useless and hard to get into place. The wood was good quality except for the planks used to support the mattress. Those were very flimsy, not straight, and splintering. You MUST wear gloves when trying to get those in place or you will get splinters all in your hands. Getting the whole frame together with the boards in place is almost impossible. You definitely need at least 3 people. The boards don't stay in place and when you get one in you end up popping several out of place. I also feel like those boards are going to tear up my mattress and anything that rubs up against them from inside the drawers. I put a protective sheet down to help protect my mattress. I like way the bed frame turned out, but it definitely required a lot of hard work and patience and the items that can be put in the drawers are limited due to the flimsy bottoms.
This bed frame took my husband only a few hours to put together/assemble. We reinforced the wood planks with screws to keep them in place and the frame is very sturdy! The drawers are a bit small but they are fairly deep...I can do about two rows of sweats/pants with about 2-3 stacks per row...and about 3-4 pair in each stack.
This bed frame was about as expected. It was easy to put together and looks just fine. I have this bed against 3 walls so I'm not certain on the sturdiness of just the bed itself. Considering some parts had minor damages maybe through shipping, I would be bouncing much on my partical board bed :'(. 260lbs limit. I'm overall happy with the bed and it is as expected.
It's rated less because several minor pieces weren't up to Par and broke during installation. Also two major parts weren't shipped properly so in return the 3 horizontal planks are elevated off the ground, is taller and the load is much less evenly devided on the ground.
I was still able to get the bed in functioning order.
If all parts were included then I would rate this higher but it could have been much worse if certain other pieces were missing.
This bed frame was the easiest to assemble, directions were very easy to read and understand. The bed is very sturdy, doesn’t even budge. And I’m very impressed with the storage capacity of the drawers!! Well worth the buy!
this bed has a good look. shipping is very expensive and takes about 20 days. parts are heavy and may get a little damage on the way. the drawers's front part do not get attached by the screws provided. I bought corner braces and it worked, I did not like this. you need about 5 hours to assemble it if you are good at following directions. you need at least two people.
This bed has a lot of negative reviews that can be attributed to rushing the assembly. I'll just put this out there: this is a four hour job and requires a second person for a fair bit of the work. If you take your time, really focus on keeping the frame as straight as you can, the bed will come together fine and be very stable. I found that the key to keeping the bed straight is to not tighten the bolts completely as you assemble. Get everything put together, with each bolt pretty loose, and then make several circuits around the bed tightening and re-tightening each bolt. As the bed squares out, some of the bolts are going to loosen up, so retightening is important. I would suggest making a tightening pass maybe a week after you've slept on the bed. We've had this for about a month now, and it's very solid.
The drawers are a little flimsy, and I would suggest getting some felt pads to put on the door lip where it touches the frame, but all in all it's hard to beat the value.
