Wish it was slightly larger. But overall i really like it!!!!. With a toddler i definitely appreciate to saftey feature on the cover. It wont slam closed on any little fingers. We dont have a pantry so Im using it to store extra boxed and bagged snacks. It wasnt as difficult to assemble as some of these reviews made it seem. Put it together in less than an hour. I wont have anyone over 150 lbs sit on it though, as a couple pf the allens (sp) screws kept spinning and wouldnt stiffen into place.

It truly is a perfect piece for our foyer/entryway. It was boxed perfectly, with niceee foam/styrofoam/cardboard surrounds in a hefty box. Fedex delivered niceeely.
I unboxed, all pieces were there with hardware in labeled ziplok bags - instructions turned out to be quite easy. About 9 wood sections and screws went in with hex wrench-supplied, and phillips screwdriver. Took me about 40 minutes, but I am quite handy. The finish (white enamel) is great/smooth, everything fit great, and it is very solid - looks just like the picture on . Very pleased, and the factory should be commended - I plan to write an email to for a job well done. Now we need to find or make a cushion for the benchtop. We plan to keep our shoes inside so we can change in the foyer rather than bedroom/livingroom. They get a 10+++ for this product and service.
Arrived sooner than I thought it would. The bottom rail on the back of the bench was split, but easily repaired with some wood glue and a couple of screws. Had it been the front rail and visible I would have returned it for replacement. Pretty simple to assemble and was not short any hardware needed for assembly.
