Other than the bench arriving damaged and broken.. it is beautiful and looks just like the photo. The directions werent the easiest to understand but with my fiances help.. it went just fine. Feels like a sturdy piece of furniture.
I read reviews about the way the trunks hardware was packaged and the way the holes werent aligned correctly. Im very familiar with building type furniture and am pretty gooddd at it. I am happy to say this trunk was a breeze to assemble! It comes with 9 labeled pieces plus tightly packaged, clearly labeled hardware. Picture directions were clear. My 10 year old daughter and I put it together with no problem. The trunk lids aligned perfectly and the holes were all exactly where they should be. Ive had my share of misaligned drawers, cabinets, holes hardware over the years and I am delighted to report I ran into no issues. My daughter is now setting it up in her play nook. My order was delivered with no delay despite the pandemic. Dont be afraid to click buy!
I purchased the white bench and it is so pretty that I dont want to put it outside!!

Package wasnt damaged so we cut it open and started to assemble. Found a crack on the back panel which wasnt a big deal cause you would not see it. We used wood glue. We thought another spot was styrofoam and discovered it wasnt while cleaning it. We touched it up with a stain pin. Once we placed it in the entry and the sun hit it, we saw a long scratch which was sloppily stained over. I am calling today to complain. Paid to much for this much damage!
