Package wasnt damaged so we cut it open and started to assemble. Found a crack on the back panel which wasnt a big deal cause you would not see it. We used wood glue. We thought another spot was styrofoam and discovered it wasnt while cleaning it. We touched it up with a stain pin. Once we placed it in the entry and the sun hit it, we saw a long scratch which was sloppily stained over. I am calling today to complain. Paid to much for this much damage!
