niceee looking but dented and cracked

This is a niceee looking bench that wasnt TOO terrible to put together, although my husband used some better screws to put it together. Unfortunately, it came right out of the box with a small dent in the top/seat and two cracks. Too cumbersome to try and send it back. Hopefully it will hold up, stay tuned.

    Sturdy and gooddd Looking

We painted it to fit our space and love it!!!!! the seats fit closely in the front and had more space at the end toward the back but worked well and was not an issue. Love the hinges also. Highly recommend!

Cute Bench Five Stars love the color

Darling little bench. Was easy to put together and came undamaged. Super cute. Only complaint-bench wood should be sold wood to hold hinges well; not paper press board. I would pay extra to have gooddd wood anchored seats. Screws want to pull out of paper. Bummer!

    Not too bad

Some parts were kind of annoying to put together and it didnt seem sturdy, had to really put some elbow grease in at some points. Now that i made sure it could withstand my husband or I sitting on it without it rattling, it seems pretty sturdy ( i know this piece isnt meant to last a long time!). Just wanted to have a clean place to take shoes off and store them upon entering my home so we can enforce no shoes rule!

    Cheap material, bad assembly!

This has the cheapest materials and screws. Some of the screws were already stripped when they got delivered. The whole item is held together by a thin piece of cardboard in the back to keep it from wobbling. The assembly was very hard and time consuming. Would not recommend to others.

    Stay away!

Several panels were scratched or poorly painted. Particle board is cheap and flimsy. The directions are horrible!

    3 1/2 stars

3 1/2 stars. Overall, I think I like the way this bench looks in my entryway. Would I buy it again? Probably not. Im a 33 yr old female and I put this together by myself... it took me about an hour. I did have my husband come help when it came time to attach the bench lid/seat to the hinges - it was just way easier with one person holding it in place and one person lining up the holes and screwing it in. I did have a significant problem with attaching the smaller foot piece that screws in to the middle bottom... the screws dont grab anything - they just spin. The predrilled holes are too big (I did not over tighten). Still havent attached it yet, will have to screw it in with new holes and/or longer screws. Im also a little disappointed with the color. I ordered the distressed gray, and its quite brown overall (and not what I would call a pretty brown). I think I may have to get a gray cushion. I do love the amount of storage though. I can easily fit 2 pairs of my husbands boots plus a few smaller pairs of shoes in just 1/2 of the bench (1 compartment out of the 2). I saw conflicting things about the width of this before I purchased. It is a true 48 from outside of arm to outside of arm, once assembled.

    Cute and easy to assemble!

Overall, Im satisfied with the bench. Its super cute and fits my space perfectly. It was easy to assemble (took me less than an hour and I did it by myself). There was one piece that had a crack in it (see pictures), but it didnt affect the integrity of the bench, so I did not return it or ask for a replacement part.

Small storage but great piece of furniture

Love the color, love the storage. Perfect space to hide kids toys in without looking like a toy box! Storage space is a bit small- we were able to fit a bin of little people and their accessories and 2 little people houses/barns.
