All the parts I received look solid and extremely nice.
I did not receive some crucial components to complete them and one of the threads was broken in a bar.
I had to contact customer service twice but they were fantastic. Though it took a short while to get a response, they sent me parts by UPS almost immediately and were extremely friendly and courteous.
Not having everything was very frustrating, but these things happen with any company or purchase. Customer service is where they can make the difference...these guys did just that.
Easy to put together, except one screw hole didnt line up at all to attach one of the tops, so I only used 3 screws for one of the stools. The top is laminate and not very pretty though. I thought it was going to be wood. The laminate seams are kind of obvious around to top on the sides too. So, the stools work, but they dont look very high quality. I dont want to disassemble them to return them though, so Ill probably just donate them as soon as I find better ones.
Edit: the seller reached out and offered me a partial refund since the stools didnt meet my expectation, which was nice. I wont change from 3 stars though, since I really dont think they are more than 3 stars. My husband says for the price point he thinks they are like 3.5 stars.
I needed a couple of chairs by our island for our grandchildren when they are visiting. I didn't want a back because we had some like that and the kids tipped them over. These do not tip, look great and it took me no time to set them together. Great buy.
I ordered two sets of two stools (4). They arrived within a couple of days, they were very easy to assemble (with extra pieces), and are very sturdy. Color is exactly as I imagined. So far no issues with these stools. Great quality for the price you pay. Would recommend placing a felt cushion on the bottom of the stools so you do not scratch up your floors. Can also place a cushion on top of the stool seat for more comfort. Overall, great find for a modern apartment !

ONE STOOL WOULD NOT ASSEMBLE
The quality is very good, but, they forgot to add drill holes in one of the legs.... I need to bring it home to drill the legs! No big deal...
