Initial issue with delivered product but A1 customer service turned it around!
All the parts I received look solid and extremely nice.
I did not receive some crucial components to complete them and one of the threads was broken in a bar.
I had to contact customer service twice but they were fantastic. Though it took a short while to get a response, they sent me parts by UPS almost immediately and were extremely friendly and courteous.
Not having everything was very frustrating, but these things happen with any company or purchase. Customer service is where they can make the difference...these guys did just that.
