Easy to unpack and sleep on; the most difficult part was waiting the ~3 days for it to fully expand (instructions say ~48 hours but I waited extra, just because). Very comfortable mattress, paired with the Lottie bed frame. Would definitely buy the combo again.
I assembled three of these (two twins and one queen) in one day, after disassembling and disposing of my old, bent/out/of/shape bed frames. First of all, they are packed very cleverly, with all the parts zipped up in the headboard. The instructions are clear and everything required is included. The seller was nice enough to throw in a ratchet, which is not among the listed parts and made assembly much easier than the usual allen wrench (which is also included). Just make sure not to tighten any of the screws until the end, and everything will fit together beautifully. (The instructions do mention this but it is easily missed.)
The bed frames look nice and feel sturdy. For the price, I think it would be hard to find better.
This is a great bed! I bought the queen size for my son and it is really nice looking. The headboard is really firm with a nice touch of fabric. The color is great / a nice dark grey. It was amingly easy to set up my daughter and I set it up in about 30 mins. The slats are the full width of the bed and are firm to put in, meaning you may have to push the sides out a bit to get it to fit but the snugness makes it much more sturdy. You might have to do this to fit the side bars too / just a slight push to get it to fall into place is all that is needed. But two people may be requiredwould not be impossible with one but will take longer. The sides are are in 2 pieces and all fit neatly into their spots. The support is heavy metal and definitely looks like it will last. It even came with a ratcheting allen wrench / not just the simple L most give. Very impressive. Overall, for 250, this was a very good buy. Did not buy the mattress from though / the reviews for most are so wonky. Wayfair has a great 10 memory foam for about 200 that my son states is truly aming to sleep on . For 500 a great new queen bed! Cant go wrong with that .
Fabric is good quality, very solid construction, the small ratchet wrench was wonderful to use, much, much better than the usual little l/shape hex that most do/it/yourself kits give you. Hats off to Zinus, great bed my mattress is also great.
Ordered this on a Tuesday, and received it the next day on Wednesday! Overall this bed seems really sturdy, was really easy to assemble, super nice looking, and is actually quite comfortable. In addition, the USB ports work well and charge my iPhone 12 Mini. The only issue I had with this was the color; I originally ordered the beige which appears tan in the images provided, but in person it was more of a really light (almost smokish) grey color.

Great bed love it, only thing is that the USB ports are very tight be patient and be very careful and when plugging in cables into your bed

All the pieces come tucked into the headboard. Very easy to put together and sturdy. My teenager daughter loved it.
