Zines makes some good beds, this Full size bed is for my kid (4 yrs old) but its quite sturdy. The inside rails holding the weight of the mattress is metal. The slats are not hanging loose, but instead velcro to stay in place. Slats are wooden. Very happy with purchase and color choice. The headboard is also low profile, so only works without box spring.
I am not one that usually leaves reviews but I HAD TO leave a positive review for this one. I purchased this for my daughters room (twin size) . When I forst opened it up I thought I accidently purchased the headboard only by accident with no frame because it was a smaller box than I would have pictured but I was AMED how all the parts needed were neatly stored in the slipper access im the back of the head board. Kudos to who ever thought of that. Now , as a single mother I have years of putting things together so I know my tools and how to follow directions ect ect. But THIS PRODUCT was so easy to put together myself in less than 25 mins. It just all made sense ( I know right!!) The designer/manufacturer really thought of the customer when they packaged and designed this. Everything labeled properly and clearly. No confusion AT ALL I love it. When it comes time for me to get a new bed frame I will gladly purchase this item again
This is the standard headboard size (not the shorter one) Bed was pretty easy to put together. My teenage son and I did it in about 45 minutes. Seems sturdy. The wood slats are quality and strong and there is a lot of them so they sit pretty close together. They also velcro in place which is a nice feature. The fabric looks quality. Reminds me of a mans suit. Perfect bed for my 15 year old son. Love that you do not need a box spring. This is a 10 mattress just sitting on the slats. Feels and looks just as it would if it were on a box spring like other beds. Cant beat the savings! We are happy with this bed.
