    Great Purchase !!!

This chair/loveseat is AWESOME! Frame went together really easy. The seat was a little harder. Thanks to the one that said use some wood or a book to set the framework to secure the frame with screws. Believe me this chair is worth it

So glad that I finally bought this chair

I had been contemplating buying this chair for over 4 years before I actually had the money to purchase it and a place to have it set up. When I moved into my new apartment that has a patio, this is one of the first things that I bought, and I have no regrets at all. I love being able to come home after a long day, sit in my chair, and just let the stresses of the day fade away. The only negative thing that I would say is that it is slightly difficult to sit down and get comfortable as the chair swings so easily when any force is applied. I do wish that the pillow that comes with the chair was a bit more padded and had a way to adhere to the chair because it constantly slips down and has to be readjusted. If you sit down in the wrong place, you can feel the bars of the chair on the back of your legs and backside. Additionally, the instructions were very straightforward and easy to follow, but there was a bit of confusion on how exactly to assemble the ropes at the top that allow the chair to hang. Also, the part where you have to fully stretch out the chair to add in the screws took the coordination of me, my Mom, and my Dad together to complete.

Putting the 4 little screws in to keep the basket open.. IMPOSSIBLE

I'm a strong person. 250lbs. I cant push apart the basket enough to attach the 4 small screws in place... I am sweating, angry and FURIOUS right now... Edit After getting it together. The chair is very nice and comfortable ... I was pretty unhappy when I wrote that... was far too hard to put together as the tension to open it to lock it open was just too much. Maybe if there was multiple people ...

    Worth the $$

This is a great hanging chair! I looked at different ones for awhile prior to choosing. I am 59 and I can sit sideways comfortably. I can sit straight between my 12yr and 13 yr old boys! Downfall it shows in YouTube video easy set up. It took my husband, son, and myself to pull open the pumpkin to put in the 4 pins that secure it open. Other than that it is worth the money and we are very happy!!

    Great chair!

Great great great chair. Holds me at 320lbs. Assembly was mostly easy not requires 2 people to spread the chair (use a pole or wall to brace the center. Despite assembly difficulty, I love it. It is super sturdy and well-built!

Roomy, sturdy, good quality, amazing customer service

Summary: chair is awesome, customer service is amazing My mom bought me this chair for Christmas and when the weather turned warmer I decided to put it together. Its a little challenging to put together only because one step involves a certain amount of strength and youll probably need two people. But besides that its actually pretty simple to assemble - only a handful of steps. When I went to assemble my chair, I found it was missing one of the large bolts (youre supposed to get 4 short and 2 long, I had 5 short and 1 long). I called FlowerHouse customer service to ask about the specs of the bolt so I could get my own at Lowes, fully expecting this was one of those companies based in China with nonexistent customer service and theyd tell me it had been too long since the chair was purchased, too bad. Imagine my surprise when instead a very pleasant and helpful American man answered the phone, knew exactly which bolt I was talking about, apologized for the mistake and offered to send a replacement out to me that very day. He also was clearly familiar with the design of the chair and informed me that the second bolt was mostly for extra backup in preventing the chair from turning around too much and that I could safely assemble and use the chair without it. So I did, and it worked great! And the promised bolt did indeed come in the mail a couple days later. What wonderful customer service!! And so the pumpkin chair has become my favorite spot in the whole house (ok technically porch). Its roomy, sturdy, and comfy. My only small complaint is that you can sometimes feel the bar in the center because the cushion is not all that thick and Im not a tiny person. But this is easily solved with an extra pillow. I have the bark color which is neutral and easy to accessorize with pillows. Love it!!

Comfortable but hard to stretch out

Love this pumpkin chair swing!! Super comfortable! Was hard to steph out the swing basket. Only could get 3 out of 4 screws in to stretch out the seat. Hope that by sitting it it will loosen a bit to get the last one in

    Easy, comfy, nice

Hard to assemble, need strong 3 person. Rest everything it is amazing, comfy, my kid uses it as second bed, funny huh!!! But yes for 2 midsize adult and 1 kid, seating comfortably. Good, go for it. You need additional one flat sheet, 2 xs size pillow and this needs some ties to hold the sofa mattress in place
