The first delivery never got to my house FedEx made a mistake. But the seller was was quick to solve the problem. The bunk bed is great for my kids its make sure it comes to ladders i placed one piece the wrong way and it only has one ladder attached. Also when the screws get tighten they dont come out i tired taking it off to put the other ladder not happening. Good luck
Really is best to have two people assemble. Also, dont tighten everything until the end as getting the top side rails on can be difficult if you do. It might even be better to put them on earlier in the process. Overall though we love this bed. We havent used the top bunk yet (dont trust the little one to not go up there as hes under six), but the bottom is sturdy and has even supported my heavier husband as hes laid down with the boys to read nighttime stories. Happy with the bed and how well it was packaged as well! Wouldnt hesitate to buy again!
I love this bed. It fits my kids room very nice and it is so comfortable and cozy i slept on it the first nights and moved my kids to my bed hahaha i would highly recommend.
I bought two of these. They are a bit time-consuming to build, but the instructions are straightforward, and as long as the intended users arent distracting you during assembly, you shouldnt find yourself taking pieces off because you put them on backward by mistake.
I dislike the noise. Its too squeaky and my nephews are skinny a little movement makes squeaky sounds. I think that its too expensive - the quality is just okay.
This bed is perfect starter beds. I have a 7 and 5 year old and they love them. Top bunk has high rails so its perfect for learning to sleep in a big kid bed

Sturdy but some difficulty assembling

Great value for money but a bit creaky
Easy to assemble, quite sturdy, a good bang for your buck, but it creaks every time you get in or out or even move around.

After it is put together, it is very good. Tooooo many separate pieces to put together!!!!

Its very noisy when moving otherwise its good for the price. Has extra clamping for sturdiness.
