This bunk bed took us 4 hours to assemble. The instructions were basically not instructions. We found a few manufacturer defects, a few problems when screwing in items. Once we got it together it was the perfect size and fit for my toddlers (ages 4 and 6). The steps made it a lot easier and safer for my children to get down at night. I do wish we could of move the stairs to the other side, but non the less its a good bunk beds.
I love it I have BOYS lol a 3yr old and a 1yr old and they love their bed the stairs made all my worries go away about them hurting themselves trying to climb a ladder its also so convenient because its very low to the ground so my 1 yr old has no problem climbing into bed at night I highly recommend this bunk bed
Came in two boxes two days apart. Some of the pre drilled holes were either missing or misaligned but not in a place that caused issue. Slide seems weak but just built and kids have not tried yet.
This bed has been an absolute blessing during the pandemic. Any opportunity to give our little ones some exercise and a fun outlet is a must! The bed is very easy to assemble and well worth the buy.
I do have two minor complaints:
1 / The bunk side rail doesnt seem exceptionally sturdy. I find myself double/checking the screws and tightening them every so often. This may be a user error because my 4yo likes to shake the rail but it would be helpful if it were a more solid structure.
2/ The top of the slide sits lower than the edge of the bed. This again, is likely an us problem but the first day we installed it, my 4yo ran up the slide, slipped, and smacked his face on the edge of the bed, leaving him with a pretty significant black eye. We simply removed the slide, padded the lip of the bed, and replaced the slide and we havent had any issues since.
Everything else has been awesome and the kids really needed this extra bit of fun in their room.

In fact I woud give it 10 starts if I could. I purchased this bunk bed for my 5 years old twins. One of them had sleep alone issues for years. First day my kids slept on this bed permanently solved this problem. So we calll it a magic bed now. The quality is great. Kids love it. Worth every dollar.
Wife Bought this bed for our son. His first big boy bed! Initially I put it together and reilzed I was missing a few peiceS. In a hurry I contacted their customer service line via email and phone. It was a Saturday so I had to wait till Monday for a response. When they contacted me it was through email and were very apologetic about the ordeal. They were extremely helpful and diligent in get me what I needed. I continued to get phone calls and emails with updates on were my missing peices were. Everything arrived a week after I initially put the bed together. Once I put the last finishing touches it was a master piece. Bed is solid wood. Paint job is done beautifully and its just as described as far as size goes. As for color the Grey is darker than we thought but it worked out because we have light floors and we with white bedding. Really happy with the customer service support and my son loves his bed. Thank you to this company definitely reccommed!

Pandemic Lifesaver
