This bed would have been great product ! had it not come with dents and gauges. The straight bed railings for the top bunk have multiple scrap gauges that they just painted over， however they are deep enough to be noticed， I took a picture but it doesnt do justice to how deep it is. Secondly， many boards were not cut to correct lengths causes us to force them on causing dings or to have to cut them ourselves because they were way too long to work. Some even came a bit too short so we had to re-drill new holes holes.
The bed is sturdy so I will give them that credit. But for being a undamaged giant box within a box that means they packaged it damaged and it wasnt damaged in the process of shipping.
It would be nice product !if contact information was given in their portal to contact customer service..

My husband put it together by himself within 3 1/2 hours.
That is with our children interrupting him and him having to stop a couple times with our 3 year old taking parts out of the room. LOL
The bed is very comfortable we had no issues with our kids hitting their head in the bottom bunk area as others have described.

The bed took my wife and I a couple of hours to build. Instructions were easy enough. There was some damage to the headboard pieces from shipping and the ladder wasnt cut properly on one end， but its not noticeable after attaching the hardware. Wasnt worth sending it back.
My son loves this bunk bed. It was easy to put together but time consuming. Will take 2 people for some steps. Only one of the two boxes of parts were delivered. The company was extremely helpful and attentive in getting this resolved. They also gave me a credit for the inconvenience. There are some weight restrictions. 200lb for bottom and 150lb for top. My husband is around 175lbs and noticed the bed creak a bit when he kind of plopped down on the bottom bunk to read my son a story. Overall， its worth the price I think and is a nice product !bed.
