They were easy to put together, everything was labeled well. They are very sturdy when assembled.
The only negative is the shipment came in two boxes four days apart.
I bought this for my daughter to have some more room for friends to come over and stay the full size bunk beds and trundle allows for more friends.. assembly was farely easy and the quality is great! Definitely worth the Money!
I had to return it because we decided to put the bunk bed in another room that would be too small for a full-on-full. I was worried about the return shipping cost since it's not a Prime-eligible item with free returns, but their customer service was amazing and was willing to work with me to reach a satisfactory middle ground. I really appreciated their flexibility and would definitely consider purchasing again if needed.
This bed is good quality and is much cheaper than others that are of the same quality. It does take a while to assemble but I expected that. I recommend it...
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
1) Product uses extremely cheap material. See chipped wood, defects, rotten wood, poor paint finish in photos.
2) You save money initially on the purchase. However, it takes twice as long to assemble, not to mention added frustration. You spend time bending metal, hammering wood into place, etc. If you value your time, avoid.
3) Even after following all directions to the T, assembly is not well thought out. See bolts that are sticking out.
4) Trundle is unusable! Wheels roll in only one direction so for the trundle to fit underneath the bed, it has to be lined up perfectly. The lack of lateral and diagonal movement makes this extremely frustrating. Most importantly the corners are sharp. For children getting in and out of bed, this is a safety hazard.
