These work great for my home theater! Ive had these chairs for about who months. They look great, are comfortable, and are standing up to daily use well. At the price point, I would definitely recommend.
We wanted to redo our executive meeting room and we found these chairs on . They looked almost identical to some chairs we were originally going to order for $300+ each but we decided to try these out instead. The price was perfect and the chairs are super easy to assemble. They are very very comfortable. All our executives are very excited and love these new chairs for our long meetings.
I was sooo skeptical-a recliner for $160?! Buying a chair that I didnt sit in and try first?! But the other reviews were good (especially good reviews by big and tall people). Its really comfortable (not too stiff, not too fluffy), and the manual reclining is smooth and easy to manipulate. You will not be disappointed!
I love that this chair is compact as I have limited space in my bedroom. If I fall asleep in it then that tells me its comfortable. Im not going to say its the best quality out there but its not bad either. I wanted a nice comfortable recliner for my bedroom to avoid laying in bed while using laptop or watching tv. I dont like laying around in bed all day so this is perfect for me. I do feel the arms are a bit flimsy so be mindful of the roughness you put on the arms. For the price I say its worth it. If anything changes I will update with my honest opinion. I only had this chair for almost 2 weeks as of today. So far, so good...
OK, as with anything in life, you get what you pay for. And then, sometimes, you are pleasantly surprised! I could not stomach paying $4k+ for two rows of seats for my makeshift basement home theater. But at about $700 for six of these with shipping, sign me up! They are super easy to assemble, as everyone else mentions, NOT too small (I am 61) for the average person, and comfortable for about one movie. Cons are that there is not a solid platform under the seat so they will likely sag over time (Just buy another for this price!) and the pleather and foam definitely does off-gas over time. Two months in and my downstairs is a little stinky from the faux leather if the door is closed for awhile. An open door, candles, and a willingness to again admit that you get what you pay for will do you well. One of my most exciting frugal purchases in a long time! (My friends think I paid thousands of dollars!)
