The chair is Much smaller that it appears (probably should have read the dimensions). Although it is very small it is comfortable for my size the the massage feature are nice.
1. Arrived promptly in excellent condition.
2. Easy to assemble the back, the legs and hook up the massager. Took less than 5 minutes once out of the box.
3. Although not really plush, it is slightly more comfortable than I expected for myself, being 61 and 280 lbs. Not sure I would highly recommend for anyone much taller/wider. My head is definitely higher than the back piece but not annoyingly so.
4. Seems sturdy enough for general seating purposes but can sense the arm rests might not withstand rough activity over time. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars, but thats still a high rating coming from me. I did not and do not expect this to be a piece of furniture to stand or jump around on. Please note this, if you intend to purchase for children.
5. The massager vibrates in a number of patterns, but lower back only. You should not expect anything close to a shiatsu experience. The vibration is nice, but it feels like more of a novelty feature. It is easy to disconnect the remote if you dont care to use it. It was not the reason I purchased it, but Im not bothered that it exists. It does what it claims.
6. Reclines just fine by leaning back with slight force. If you are tall, you should naturally expect your legs/feet to dangle.
I ordered one to try it out and then decided to purchase a second one. They satisfy my current needs for low cost, interim furnishings for a lower traffic room. In addition, the quality was acceptable for the price point, even exceeding my expectations for a blind online order. As long as the house cat doesnt frequently decide to test the durability of the leatherette with its claws, the chairs should last a long time.
Side note: Its often hard to determine if a product is really good or bad based on the reviews, since you dont know how realistic the expectations of the purchaser were or if most of the problems were caused by delivery, unintended usage or quality control. Hopefully this interview is helpful.
Be careful, its so relaxing that you may fall asleep! I have several times. With arthritis in my neck and back and just about every joint, this is a life saver during a move or just to have. Inexpensive, quality workmanship, suffeciant packing with no damage to the box and ease of plugging it in and putting the back on then wa la you have a chair that will relax you to a point of sleep that if you dont go to bed you still feel energized. I will buy again.
I bought this chair for my bedroom so i dont have to watch TV in bed but dont want to lay on the couch. I love it! Its comfortable but not a lazyboy. (not as cushioned) I love the way it reclines. good buy especially if you dont want to spend the money on a recliner.

Not too bad for the price but definitely built for someone of a small stature. Id say no more than 5 5 and 150lbs.
