I got this bed and I love it. However I didnt look into how tall it was. I also got a 14 mattress along with a feather top for it. Once it was all together the bed stands about 5 feet tall, getting in and out is a chore, and the head board doesnt fit as I thought it would. But all in all Im every happy with this bed.
Love love love this bed! We could not be happier with thus purchase! From the finish to the drawers and everything in between, this bed is the bees knees! I got this for an AMAZING price and I am so glad! We were not thrilled with the idea of assembling all our bedroom furniture but we are so happy with the end result. The instructions were very easy to follow, and all the nuts and bolts are included. The finished product is very clean, elegant, and all around classy. Having 6 drawers adds so much extra storage, a dressers worth to be exact. You dont need a box spring with this bed, which was the main selling point. The finished height of the bed is the same as if there were a box spring, which is nice. We bought the matching dresser, headboard, and nightstands with this bed, and out room came together so nicely. We honestly saved around $700 by deciding to purchase online and assemble ourselves. If you have the time to put it together and save a buck, I would recommend to you. The materials are of high quality, and overall the finished product looks expensive.
We paired this with the King Nightstand Headboard with the floating nightstands and we love how they go together.
Some reviews complained about it not staying together when they moved it but we love it. It is sturdy and we have no plans to move it so hopefully it will stay that way!
I dont know why everyone else was talking about. I was scared to get this bed but I really liked the way it looked in the pictures so I gabe it a try anyway. It came tightly packaged with thick foam around it to secure everything. Nothing was broken (probably an old issue they resolved now). If you know how to read then the directions are clear (screw the piece that looks like this picture to the piece that looks like that picture). It only took my boyfriend and I an hour amd a half to set everything up. I did half and he did half. It sets perfectly on our floor (no wobbling). The drawers all fit perfectly. The support beams are pretty sturdy. Thats what I was the most afraid about until I saw them. They havnt given us any problems at all no matter what we do. The paint still hasnt chipped even though my dog is constantly jumping up on one side. Its a great looking bed.
I was concerned that this might not work well with our very heavy temperpedic mattress because of the wood slabs that hold up the mattress but its been a few months and it seems to be working just fine. We did follow the advise of another review and pick up some stuff from the hardware store to reinforce some areas. The storage underneath is great and takes advantage of otherwise wasted space.

Just what I needed.
You cant beat the storage space in these 6 drawers. And the mattress fits perfect. I like it because I dont need a ladder to get into bed.

Pretty good for the money. Ill would of spent more for quality. But for the money was good enough. It was nice.

Cute and useful
Provides Extra storage and easy to put together. The directions were easy to follow. I also love the look of the frame!
