We love this shower system. The rain head is awesome. The wand is really great as well. It has really good pressure. We did have to order a different arm for it. The one it comes with has these o rings on the threads. The issue I was having is that after I added the underlayment and tile to the wall the threads of the arm would not screw on very tight causing it to leak. I ordered a different arm without the o rings and have no leaks now.
Just received this product. First time we buy from . We did our due diligence as we are remodeling the master bathroom. We compared several products and reviews. While the price was not the lowest nor the highest, we decided for this product based on the size of the shower plate and arm length from the wall. The product looks as high quality and very well finished. Looking forward to install it and enjoy the remodeled bathroom.
Love everything about this shower fixture! It is gorgeous and love taking a shower. I would highly recommend it especially for the price. I contacted the company before I purchased to determine whether I could use with shower enclosure. They got back to me quickly and were helpful and friendly. Great product and customer service
Overall a high quality product and with decent instructions besides some poor translation/grammar. The biggest challenge I had is I initially only did 3/4 wraps of Teflon tape like I have in the past without any issues. I made sure to not over tighten and then planned to turn quarter turns until no leaks. I got all four npt fittings way tighter than I was comfortable with and they still leaked (very fine drops). So I had to take all of them out and inspected the thread. At first I thought I saw cracks, but then I noticed that there were multiple (four to be exact) lines in each thread evenly spaced apart. I think this is from the industrial pipe thread tapper at the factory. Regardless, these lines are prone to leak if you dont get sufficient Teflon tape. So I did a solid eight turns on every fitting and gave it a go. Again, made sure to go just past tight, turned on the water and watched. The very fine drops formed and I did quarter turns and waited to see if leaked. Eventually got all four fittings not cry tight, but not leaking either. As long as they dont start leaking again, I will leave up the four stars.
