I used an expert to install it as part of a bath remodel, so could ensure we designed the right way. Not sure how easy it is for amateurs to install

The negative reviews are mainly related to a potential water hammer issue. I had this issue myself but found out it is easily fixed. The seller can send you two check valves that are easily inserted if you pop out the cartridge. I also found out the newer valves have these included. I bought mine in January and just installed it so it did not have the check valves. I was so glad to see someone post this fix in the reviews. Saved me a lot of time and money. While this was a major oversight, I really like the look and performance of this product. UPDATE / After using for a couple of weeks I can say the water hammer issue is still gone so it confirmed that the fix I mentioned above works

the bottom of the handle points to hot or cold not the top.

Havent installed yet, but great quality
Definitely feels heavy and not cheaply made. The handheld sprayer is exactly what I wanted, aming bang for your buck!
