Purchased for my kids ages 8 and 3. I had MAJOR delays in shipping, was actually lost for awhile in a warehouse midway. However, pulled through and got it shipped via another company. The bed itself is solid and well built but you will want a bunkie board or piece of plywood for the top. I like the ladder, my 3 year old managed it safely. I wish the top rail were a little taller and sturdier, as my older boy was afraid he was going to roll over it and off at first. However, I put a toddler bed rail on the bottom and you could add one on top as well if youre worried. The bed height is like a loft bed. The bottom bed is basically on the floor. My only dislike is that head clearance on the bottom bunk if very short, so there is a possibility for older children and adults to hit their head getting in and out of bed, or even sitting up too far.
My daughter loves the bed but it came damaged. She was over the top upset by having to send it back and wait for a new one to come so we had to keep a damaged one
I was worried about the assembly and sturdiness of the bed. After receiving the package it was easy to assemble and the frame is very sturdy. Highly recommend.
I cant believe this product was delivered damaged. I am so upset because we already got rid of my sons toddler bed to fit this in his room and now he has nothing to sleep on!!
Update: sent me the damaged piece immediately upon calling them so Im changing my review from 1 to 5 stars. Its a great bed especially for the price. Weve had it a year now and its great.
My 5 year old daughter is loving her bed! She loves to play underneath go down the slide! It was easy enough to put together seems sturdy for any child. Holds up to 200 pounds. Will be adding a mattress underneath for a second child in a couple years.
This works but you cannot leave it on the tub it will loosen and fall off (in the middle of the night scaring you half to death) / but putting it on and off is a hassle so I dont know / you decide /
Very easy to put together, took about 1 hour to comolete. Quality is very good and feels very safe for my 4 year old. He absolutely loves the slide.
Only downside is the ladder is a little painful on the feet. I will definitely look for some sort of padding to put on the ladder.
My grandson loves his new bed. It was pretty easy to put together, my son did it alone and it took about an hour or so. It is super sturdy and the metal slide works great! The kids slide down really easily, not too fast but not too slow either!
Easy to follow instructions. Id suggest using your own tools if you have them to put this together. Id also suggest having a friend help with the installation. Cuts the total put/together/time by a lot.
